Extremely poor customer service from stand in store manager Cynthia C. I bought some clothing items a couple days ago for my kid and they took off the tags before trying them on. Realized they are too big and they no longer wanted so I brought them back into the store to return. The store cashier called the stand in mgr Cynthia to assist and she refused to process my return even those I still had the tags on those clothing items just not attached to them . Anyhow, I asked for some other store manager and she said she’s the only one that can make the decision. Just to share to be aware before purchasing anything at this store as they didn’t honor return items bought just a couple days ago.

Ralph can do no wrong by me. The clothes are absolute quality and designed to be timeless fashion pieces.I will always have on a piece from the collection. Always.Update:Well, I spoke too soon. I didn't receive the best customer service today initially, but then as I was checking out, a young man (ugh forgot his name) gave me exceptional service.

Poor customer service. I stopped in tonight. 2 employees were busy talking to each other about the customers. They were not with customers, and never even said Hi. Even though I walked around each of them

Tried to stop by this morning to do some Christmas shopping. I waited out in my truck until they opened. 10am I started walking to the store. I waited outside the for about 7 minutes. Inside there were 6 people i counted that walked by the front door looking at me but refused to open the door. I finally knocked on the door. They looked at me like I was crazy. They finally come to open the door after the hours stated they would be open and acted like I interrupted them. They obviously didn't want my business so I will be stopping at Katy Mills Mall and giving them my business! Customer service is still a thing!

Nice Polo Ralph Lauren store inside the Outlet, it is very large and you can find clothing and accessories for the whole family and you will also always find various discounts and promotions that make it interesting.

They have beautiful but they are expensive for no good reason. The quality of some of the pieces is not worth the price. I don't mind spending money on clothes but we know that you are just paying for the brand.
