Do not open a Bank account at PNC take your money somewhere else. You would think you can trust a bank but you can't at least this one. Twice have they screw up my bank account. Bill is pay but doesn't show on my transaction and they don't have a answer to this problem. All they have to say is give it two business days. So be careful where you put your money at. They don't care because is my money not theirs. Where is my money...These people are rude at PNC

PNC Bank Cypress Rosehill is bias and borderline racist bank. The manager treats african american in a bias manner they would any other race. The worst experience I have had dealing with a bank.

I’ve been customer with Compass since 2003. I stayed with them through all of the many changes. This final transition to PNC has been an absolute nightmare, their app is complicated and not easy to use like the one BBVA had, branches not open on Saturday, and the hold time to speak with corporate customer service is appallingly bad. Final straw for me was when I tried to take out a small personal loan and was denied. Almost 20 years as a customer and never once needed to take a loan until now only to be denied even with good credit. When a bank stops listening to and caring for their customers, the loyalty is gone. Will be closing my account soon.

Hours are horrible!!!!I don’t understand why this bank does not have hours to accommodate working individuals. Unfortunately, everyone does not get off work at 3pm! There are no Saturday hours of operation. This bank is a waste. Let me be clear, this is definitely not my personal bank but a bank I do business with through a company to make payments. I need to advise them of how difficult it is to make a payment and hopefully they will change banks!

PNC is the worst bank I have ever known since I came here in America. When you deposit a check they will honor it and when you use the money they will withdraw the same amount that you deposited so your acct will be negative then they have to charge you $100 for that. Compass to BBVA was seamless but BBVA to PNC is a complete nightmare to the max . The employee are nice because they were there when it was BBVA but the system is nothing but aggravating and useless . Will close all acct.

If I could give a negative zero I would! the transition from compass over to PNC has been a complete disaster and inconvenience for consumers and the staff was not at all willing or forthcoming to assist providing no resolution. The transition from Compass to BBVA was seamless however from BBVA to PNC has been nothing but headaches. Changing banks and will no longer use them after over 15 years!
