Young female employee was very discourteous and not friendly at all. I asked her something and she didn’t even look at me so I had to ask her again and then she responded very apathetic with a very low voice and walked away like not paying attention. I guess she was having a bad day or maybe she doesn’t like her job which is not an excuse but I am trying to understand why she behaved like that. Not just with me but with other customers that were there too. I am not coming back there for sure. Train your employees Petco!

I scheduled a 9:00am grooming appointment online for this location. I drove 20 minutes to get there & when I did, there was no one there. I knocked. I called. I even got a text confirmation the day before. I am NOT happy & won't consider this location again.

Employees were extremely "cold." I brought my 3 dogs there for a bath after a day of daycare. I walk through the door and a woman abruptly walks into my path and says "how can I help you?" I explained that I am just going to bath my dogs. She commenced to follow me through the store as I went to the back of the store to get a bottle of shampoo. I get to the register, paid for the 3 baths and shampoo. The young lady at the register NEVER asked me if I am a rewards customer; and after ringing up my items, she walked away. I had to call her back to the register and asked her for my receipt. Annoyed, she came back and gave me my receipt. As I finished, no one said thank you, have a nice day.....NOTHING. Just rude. Or racist. Either way, I can spend my hard-earned money elsewhere.

The store may be ok, but the clinic is a joke. They set appointments based off their time. If they want to go home early that day, np, they forfeit their customer with an appointment to leave the day early. I had an appointment at 5:50pm due to work, this is the soonest I can arrive (They state their open till 7pm) -and they move my appointment up over an hour and never once spoke to me via phone or got a confirmation in writting that I agreed to this. Meanwhile I receive 3 r text today saying we look forward to seeing you a 5:50pm. They could care less. Is that how your treat animals too? I spoke to THE TECH, who was just walking out per the front desk, and her exact greeting was "how many I help you" followed by her passing the phone off and walking out at 506PM. The answer I am givin is, I told the tech I wanted to cancel. Dont think speaking to a manager is any better, no one is over the clinic, they take no responsibility and have no other contact so of course their higher ups will never know. Touché. For the customers looking to bring a pet for vacations or other medical services- go to a real clinic. This was a joke.

Nice employees, good selection. The store is rather messy and it always looks like they're doing inventory. The restrooms are absolutely FILTHY (no cleaning, sanitizing or sweeping - UGH!)

I always do my pet shopping at Petco. Recently, I have had issues with a finicky senior dog, She has become a picky eater, and the Petco employee recommended a different brand of kibble. IT WORKED!! She loves it! THANK YOU, PETCO!!
