Dropped by this place to get some pet supplies after our recent hurricane. Had a sales area with things marked “50% off, discount to be taken at register”. Saw a dog food that was labeled $35, so imagine my surprise when I get there and end up paying even more money than $35 for that item because its real cost was actually $78. When I mentioned it they said it must have been incorrectly marked to begin with. I’m also confused that they had a sign that says 25% off Un cat scratchers but I don’t think that discount was taken either. Definitely my own fault for being foolish and going through with the transaction but man, it makes it hard to keep wanting to support places like this.

Every time we go in for supplies for our parrots, rabbit and pups, they have what we need at good prices. We've never had a disappointing experience. I looked all over for bird mite treatment, and Pet Supermarket had it in stock. I discovered that they have a nice selection of bird toys that happened to be 25% off so I stocked up. The nicest folks, too. We never go to the other pet supply chain stores anymore.

I love the convenience of the dog wash! The wash stalls are easy to use, clean and they provide the shampoo and conditioner. Basic wash is abt. $15.00

I buy my dog food and wash my dog here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I would reccomend this store to anyone.
Update: Staff are still great and as friendly as ever. I was very disappointed it cost me $15 to wash my dog today. I bring my own shampoo and I am done in less then 45 minutes. It used to be $10, but I will have to rethink this at $15.

Pet supermarket is my go to pet store. It has everything I need and the staff is phenomenal. A very helpful woman named Sam was able to help me with options for my pup after we discovered she was having terrible allergies. The store is always helping local shelters and I feel welcomed and valued when each time I enter.

first time going there and I did not have the best experience. The older lady in charge that day didn't have the best personality and low temperament towards her customers and employees. when asking her a question about a pet in the store she had an attitude. she also felt the need to scream in her "mom" voice to the kids to stop running. her attitude towards the cashier in training (I'm assuming) was awful as well. Cashier was looking for help and she pushes the book on the table and told her "everything is in your book" I will not be returning.
