If you want The Best possible care for your pet, this is where you come! Everyone is very caring. The folks at Cypress Fairhaven love their job and love animals. Kind, nice people. For cats, they go upstairs in their own area away from dogs. But there has never been multiple animals in the lobby/waiting rooms. Just one, sometimes. No mutiple animals and all the chaos. I just love it. And more importantly my cats. It's already a stressful day for my cats at least. I appreciate how they cater to them. And no long waits. Great job with scheduling. I've have brought 3 pets in for various issues and everything goes so smoothly always. They let you know your options. Just like when we go to the Dr, they can add on other tests. They explain everything to you. There is No pressure! I've noticed it every time. They give my animals better care than I've received from some doctors. No joke. You might be able to tell I'm a talker? and they listen to everything and answer every question, patiently. They make you feel important and focus completely on the pet and you. This is the best care my animals have ever received. I've been to a lot more than a handful of vets. I am extremely picky. And I've had some very bad experiences. So it's vital to me to have the highest quality of care. There is a huge difference. Oh and I think there is 11 veterinarians there... it's so easy to get in. 2 appointments of mine, my pets where seen that day. No emergency visit charge or any bs charges ever. They aren't there to rake you over the coals. They are there because they truly care. (Side note, they keep this place cleaner and so much nicer than some medical facilities for people! It never smells like a vets office either. Sometimes you walk in to one and the animal smell is overwhelming. Not here.) I'm not a review type of gal but I have to share this with every pet owner. Everything here is superior, 5 stars on everything. I want people to feel what I Finally, Finally feel, that my babies are in the best possible hands! Takes a lot stress off of you. And I originally found out about them because my friend's dog had a serious stomach/ eating issue. Several vets could not figure it out. This was the last hope. But guess what, Cypress Fairhaven figured it out and saved that dog's life! That dog was on his deathbed, and they saved him! I'm telling you, there is something special here! And one of my babies was euthanized with them...they went above and beyond!!! I am forever grateful for all of their deep compassion and loving care. It made a big difference and truly helped us!! I will never forget that?

They removed it and were very reasonable and now Sasha is back to running and playing and living a happy life. I really can’t put into words how grateful me and Sasha are. Thank you Dr. Tracy and staff for extending my dogs life and making us both very happy. Also the level of care was beyond what I was used to, they followed up with us and always answered any questions I had during, before, and after the whole experience. There are no words in the English language that can express how thankful and happy we are.

I decided to turn around and go in here because the ER Vet was 10 minutes away. They were so sweet to my dog and so fast! There are two things id like to hilight, their drive through is one, the other is a lack. A lack of bees, wasps, ants, and other opportunistic creatures that love spilled sweet liquids in the outdoor seating area. True, i havent had a snowcone in awhile, but im used to having to vigalantly defend it from invadors. This was such a peaceful experance!
For those with food allergys, the factory that makes the flavors doesnt have an easy to find allergen list on their website, but i was able to find a list of the dairy free.
