Part time worker is very helpful…owners not as much. Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm but no one is ever there at 9:00am and you have to sit in the parking lot and wait. They do not accept UPS packages at all anymore which makes it hard to do business here.

This place is now charging $2 to ship PRE-PAID UPS packages. In addition, the owner regularly leaves the office unattended during office hours to pick her child up from school and doesn't post when she'll return. Therefore you can't reliably know that the business will be open when you visit. I recommend finding another center for your shipping needs.

Amazing customer service and welcoming environment. Management was very responsive and knowledgeable of their product.

It has Fedex, UPS, USPS…I am happy for having it close to my house.
