I just had to leave this review about Carina. She was a breath of fresh air. It’s tough to come by people that will go out of their way to help but she’s one of those people. I wish nothing but great things for her. This pak and ship will definitely be the first place on my list for any shipping or receiving needs in the future! Highly recommend.

Love this place. They are fast, extremely friendly and have the best customer service around! I brought a large duffle-style bag containing delicate items that needed to go as checked baggage on a flight. Was very worried about the items being damaged by the airline. The owner packed everything really nicely for me free of charge. Now that’s not something you see anymore. Would highly recommend this place for all of your shipping and printing needs.

Absolutely THE best PAK&SHIP around! You will always receive a welcoming smile, excellent, thorough and efficient customer service in all areas! Have been a faithful customer for years! It is my “go to place” for related needs, but sometimes I just stop in to say hello and get a smile which cheers me up for the whole day!!

Such friendly service! This a great place for holiday shipping and stamps. Added bonus it always smells SO good with candles and wax scents.

I was referred here because they offer all FedEx services. I was greeted warmly by the lady on duty who immediately began to assist me. She asked good questions to determine my needs and offered several options to choose from, making sure I was aware of the pricing for each.While working on my package, another customer came in to drop off and she was able to multitask effectively and get them on their way quickly whilst also helping me complete the paperwork. I have shipped a couple packages at this establishment and one of them was of very high value. The representative at the counter was absolutely lovely and was very helpful. She set realistic expectations on when the package will arrive for the price that you pay, which definitely helps put my mind at ease. Product arrived to the receiver successfully and the service is second to none. Great job Pak & Ship!
