I purchased some parts a couple of weeks ago, the manger was all smiles, oh but when I returned the parts, no eye contact, no smile and no thank you. smh

Ran my vehicle by O’Reillys and had the battery tested. Battery showed a bad cell The O’Reillys rep Michael offered to swap the battery out. Well, he did do that in my car didn’t leave the parking lot. The rep reverse the battery polarity and fried my main fuse, and another fuse. Needless to say my car was left disabled overnight. Causing a super inconvenience as this is my only vehicle. I missed work due to this. The assistance manager Tyler told me they were going to credit the battery back to my credit card , for all the inconvenience and now after a week I see no credit back to my account so I call back speak with Kelly and there is no recollection of this all of a sudden hmmm. Thanks O’Reillys great staff, I should of just ate the core charge done it myself, and return the old battery. Taking my car for a second opinion to ensure there is nothing else going on and if there is be ready O’Reilly’s. Put me in a predicament and lie to my face. By the way the fried the battery then they rma’d back to the manufacturer which if this was me that did it I could t do that….
