Today I went to look for a bulb for a headlight in my car that I had not found either in AutoZone or in Napa. Not only did I get the bulb but I asked the young man to help me change it and he did so by removing the headlight and installing the bulb and then In the end I offered him a tip and he really didn't accept it, thank you very much

This is the parts house you want to go to. Easy to get to, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Walked in with a dead battery and they checked it and offered to charge it for FREE. All while being really nice and. They were understanding and could tell I was stressed and helped me figure out the solution quickly. I forgot to get the other gentleman’s name but, that Guy and Kenneth were awesome.

This is a pretty decent oreilly lines can be long but they are honest and always let you know if there is a better or a cheaper option and they will order parts free of charge you pay when pick up

Im giving everyone a Heads up Dont go anywhere else but this O'rileys Auto. Customer service has always been awesome. And they price match or beat in Batteries. My daughters car had a note for professional install so other stores would install but this location had no second thoughts and helped in 100 degree heat. David the store Manager and crew were awesome. Highly recommended and will always use this location for all my parts needs. Thanks Team.
