Bad experience with phones being answered, being disconnected after 20 to 30 min. on hold, called on two totally different lines & the last line called on being answered & helped before the 1st line is even answered after already being on hold!

This spot opened up it was great but lately it has been the worst spot to go to they have this one kid that everything i need needs to get ordered i asked for brake shoes for a silverado and they had to be ordered asked my wife to go to another person and they had them in stock later that day i went to the same person asked for the wheel cylinder and the same kid didnt know what that was and could not find them in the system he asked for help and what do you know right under wheel cylinder and guess what had to be ordered told my wife to go to someone else and they were in stock

This store has the worst service I have ever seen, I waited about 25 minutes and when I asked them if they could check the engine light, they told me with an attitude ,that they couldn't because they were busy. Went to auto zone and took us 5 minutes to get it done.Auto Zone is much better in every way. From now on auto Zone will be our store.

I recently had A problem with my a/c system. I spoke to the manager at this location that gave me some advice on what he suspected could be the problem. U got an estimate from a ship that my next door neighbor recommended and I took the estimate back to this baggage to see what he thought. He was also familiar with and they fixed my a/c. The manager Jorge is an honest guy. HeEOULD NOT TAKE A TIP FROM ME! I really appreciated his help. If I need parts for my car, I’m coming to his location FIRST!

Waited about 20 minutes in line but the guy straight away declined to give service for car check engine light. There were 5 cashiers at the time and they could be easily manage the things and after me there were only 2 people left

Too many workers and no one tends to help out in the front. Like I've been standing like about 20 minutes and still nothing and it's being like that for the past months every time I go get what I need it's always a 20-30 min wait... now I know yall got at least 4 of yall in there yall gotta move with a purpose or sum like it's getting ridiculous it wasn't like that before and it's annoying to see that yall are having more conversations than actually doing yall jobs to check out customers that have neen waiting for more than 10 minutes like ok clock out and go have fun with your coworkers then. New management sucks or idk whats going on but it sucks right now

Good location for me, the staff is always busy, but they take time to answer questions. If they don't have what you need, they can usually have it for you later the same day.

My husband is a mechanic. We have both shopped at this location since the day it opened. Today, we stopped by on the way home to pick up 4 cans of brake cleaner. As we were standing in line, there were about 5-6 guys that could not speak English, and then a couple of ladies in front of us. Your lady you had working the counter was screaming at the guys who could not speak English. It was rude and disgusting to see her treat them like that. As she was screaming at them, she screamed, "I can't take this anymore." At that point, I took the 4 cans of brake cleaner from my husband, I walked up the the counter, set the 4 cans down and said " I can't take it anymore either" and we walked out. We went to Advance and got the brake cleaner with good customer service.All of your good counter help is gone, Conner, Josh, Joey. These guys were not only respectful, but they also knew the products and auto parts well, and they knew all of the regular customers. You guys should have given these guys a reason to stay, not leave. The customer service at this store has become hideous and disrespectful lately, and there are also never enough people to cover the store.We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years at this store and used to have good and quick customer service responses. Now, It generally takes about 30 minutes to get through with our shopping trip over there.We will be going to Advance Auto for now on.

Great location bad serviceHave to wait wait wait to be checked out or to even get help as if you walk in the door invisible. 10 to 15 minutes.
