A staff member gave me price for my shoes and at the register, the price apparently was different. Asked the manager to honor the price, she said no, making me waste all my time. TERRIBLE customer service!

For an outlet store the prices were still high. Sweat pants were $60. Staff was great and friendly. Store was clean and signage was easy to read and understand.

I always buy at Nike stores and today I went to return the sneakers that I bought 20 days ago, in the box with a note everything was ok and the employee “”Mel “”” said I couldn't return it because I had bought 5 pairs and was returning 2... what??? Can't I return as many pairs as I want? She said it's Nike's rule but it's not true, she said this information is on the website, but I looked at the rules and there is no such information.
I'm going to exchange it at another store because their service was terrible.
