The lady in the cashier said they dont give military discount on sale items. New balance need to removed the military star on there door. Nike & addidas are way better in supporting military.

July 20th, 2023 doors are already locked and no one inside at 07:54 PM. Drove 40 minutes to get here for new shoes before leaving town. Other families tried to open the door also at 7:55 PM. Lost business.

Been to this store 3 times in past 3 years. They haven't had any made in USA shoes at this location in 3 years. First 2 times they said it was due to COVID. June 2023 they said they just don't carry any of the made in USA shoes at this location. Don't waste your time if you're looking for made in USA shoes.

I bought some new shoes here. Pretty good deal. I wish there was a larger selection, but the customer service was phenomenal! I think Kyle is the name of the associate that helped us. He approached us and checked on us throughout the entire visit.

☆Phenomenal customer service☆ From the start, star employee HUNTER was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, knowledgeable. I knew I would find the perfect NB shoes, with not only Hunter, but his hard working co-worker Kyle assisting me too. Those two work like a well-oiled machine! Thanks guys for helping me find shoes that I'm hopeful with help with my lower back & knee pain.

I was there on Black Friday and usually you lower your expectations because no one has time to go out of their way and make sue customers have the best experience but this person (forgot to ask his name) was so approachable and ready to help that I even forgot it's was the busiest time of the year for them. He helped me find the comparable style I was looking for. When I couldn't find my size on the floor he even went in the back to get me the right size. It only took me 10 - 15 minutes in the store and I walked out with these running shoes for on $29.99. Now that's a bargain.

It wasn't a great experience with the staff during Black Friday sale. We needed help in understanding and exploring the shoes since it's our first time with new balance. A couple of staff members were really helpful in guiding us to choose the right shoes that fit our needs. But majority of staff were not welcoming and were quite arrogant.

ordered 993s online. had to return as both pair had issues and were falling apart. returned here as it was easier than mailing them back. the online order had all sorts of problems (not this locations fault) and the staff here we're incredibly patient and persistent in resolving the issues with corporate. took longer than necessary, but great staff made it possible.
