I followed Helen here from another nail salon. Helen does an amazing job and she's the absolute sweetest! I absolutely love my nails she just did for my summer girls trip! This new Nail salon she is now at also has great customer service! So happy she made the move here. Book with her... you won't be disappointed!!!

Main manager lady was super rude at the end of the visit, trying to have me pay for a service I was not there for or in need of. I paid 15$ to get acrylic nails removed only to have chunks of glue still stuck on my fingers and not completely removed. I feel like I was ripped off from the payment I made. I don’t really do bad reviews but this is one I can’t make an exception for. If you’re thinking of checking this place out, don’t.

My favorite place in Cypress. I have always walked away very happy! I've taken my daughter here many times with me because they only charged $10, but this time $35 for a four-year-old and $6 because she got more than three colors! honestly just really bummed about that but other than that I will come back they really are very nice people and always do a great job but my daughter will not.

One of my nails broke off today, I got my nails done less than 3 days ago. I didn’t do anything crazy with them, and only one of them broke off. I have never had that happen before, the nail was flimsy.

While I usually don't write reviews, my recent visit to Nails of America-Cypress left me with no choice. The staff was pretty rude, and the nail job was not up to par. The cost for a refill was as much as a whole new set, and all I got was a basic solid color with an accent nail featuring simple brown spots done in shellac. Plus, the polish was all over my cuticles, making it look bumpy and uneven. Not long after, there was lifting present. Overall, not a great experience, and I felt the need to share my disappointment.
