“Pros: I was able to assisted in a timely manner by Leyda and her manager Darius! Overall Great customer service! Explain the current promotions and plans very well due to I was a recent Sprint customer although I've been with for several years I'll miss them. Leyda help out with letting me know of merge actually went into effect already so I appreciate that and her time! Definitely would return to this location if I need any additional assistance in future. Cons: store managers should look into getting more seating for customers won't have to stand.”

“I feel bad for the store that the doesn’t get much for traffic or advertisement. They are Trying there best with the scraps they have. And I always see the same two amazing guys helping me and it seems like they’re the only staff members that have initiative and ethics y’all need to hire other great workers like them . And I see people putting one stars for the dumbest reasons . All the issues T-Mobile is having in this location is not due to the workers but T-Mobile itself. My experience at this T-Mobile has been nothing but great, any grievances I’ve had if any have been with T-Mobile them selves not because of the sales personnel. This spot is a gem for those who are tired of long lines and forceful sales pitches. I would give this store a shot if you live in the tuckerton area!”

“Went here around 9AM on a Thursday to grab some greeting and gift cards. The store was very nicely organized and clean. I was able to find what I needed very quickly. The self-checkout line appeared to be moving quite quickly, but I decided to stick with the traditional "human" experience and waited for a CSR/cashier to check me out. Because I had two people in front of me with a couple dozen items each, the CSR was nice enough to call someone else up to check me out. This other CSR, Sebastian, did not greet nor speak during our three minute transaction... which made things pretty awkward. My favorite part of the whole experience is when he asked me how much I needed on my gift cards by simply lifting up the cards with raised eyebrows. After purchasing my items, I gathered my things said a very polite farewell and Mr. Sebastian didn't even attempt a handwave. Now, usually I would give people the benefit of the doubt... maybe he's selective mute... or maybe he lost his voice and was attempting to let it rest. But seriously?! Not even a handwave? That really worked a nerve for me as I'm a stickler for politeness and respect. Hopefully my next trip will result in a 5 star review.”

“I have been using Tech Savvy for over a year now and have never been disappointed or not received excellent service. Today I went in with a problem on on IPhone14 that was unrelated to the work they had done for me a couple a of weeks ago. The lady spent over an hour with me and actually interfaced with Verizon for me to solve the problem that was probably Verizon's to begin with. I would highly recommend them for any computer or phone related issues.”
