I was doing a light cleaning of my car at home when I realized that one of my car mats was missing and that I must have left it at the Mint car wash several weeks earlier when I was there. I called just to see if they might have found it and saved it. I talked to Roel and he assured me that leaving car mats happens frequently and that they save the mats in case the owner returns. I went back and after looking at my other mats, Roel was able to find the one I had left. The amazing part was not only did he find it, but he made a point to vacuum it off before returning it to me!! Amazing customer service!! Truly!! Thank you, Roel!!
Every time I come the towels are clean and the employees are friendly and helpful! I highly recommend!!! 5 stars!

Excellent service, car wash it self actually cleans well. All vacuums work great, always has towels, and cleaner and car fragrance. Great for the price.

Andrew took really great care of me! Excellent customer service, affordable price, and a man of his word. It took about 30 minutes longer than quoted, but Omar really took his time to get the job done. I truly appreciate it. They even wiped the wheels down for free!

Unintentional mudding left my Jeep a hot mess. The manager let me run it thru the wash 3X. He also pressure washed the wheel wells. All Jeepers probably know that drive thru car wash places do not accommodate the Jeep structure. I really appreciate the extra love. Thank you and I’ll definitely be back.

When it was new it worked great. Now that it’s about a year old it doesn’t rinse all the soap off, especially my right side view mirror. The towels they supply are not very useful as they are all wet. Being handicapped, it would be nice if they would offer a towel dry service for their customers at an extra cost.
