Called at 2:00 PM and spoke with Mahid. An Indian sounding like gentlemen only he was very rude hung up in my face refused to spell his name and told me he was unable to look up my account over the phone. He lied and was very rude. I would like for this information to get to the corporate manager. After he hung up on my face he then called back spelled his name and gave me information he refused to give over the phone. And also told me he is the manager. So he admitted lying when he called back. If anyone has a way of getting a complaint to the owner of this establishment or the corporate office please let me know.

The guy that helped us was acting very suspicious he over charged us to connect service to a new phone and was being strange and aggressive to upscale a new phone to me I won’t be back I felt really uncomfortable
