TERRIBLE. NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. STAINS REMAIN! I paid $16 for a jacket to be cleaned and they did not properly clean any stains on the jacket and said were not willing to refund. Do not use! Owners take no accountability and blame their dry cleaners who are not cleaning properly.

WARNING! Do NOT bring your clothes here! They ripped two of my shirts and one of my dress pants. They called me and tried to blame it on me that same day that I dropped off the clothes. Then when I confronted them they pretended like it was my fault but the owner offered to give me her Son's dress pants because she "felt bad". Paying cheaper for dry cleaning here is not worth your clothes getting torn.

Customer beware! Do NOT come here if you have expensive clothing! I dropped off an expensive sweater that was brand new and in mint condition, but when I picked it up there were multiple holes in the back!! I called To inform them, and the Indian lady provided terrible customer service! She tried to blame me for the holes by saying they were moth holes! Moth holes?! A brand new sweater that I only wore once and didn’t have any holes when I dropped it off! She didn’t apologize or offer any compensation for the destroyed sweater! I will never return here! Terrible service and customer service!

I took my comforter here to be cleaned on a 4/24 a Thursday. She told me it would $30 and to be safe come back Monday 4/29 after 6pm. Even though I felt like that was long I was fine with it because I didn't need it immediately. I got busy and ended up not coming back until Wednesday 5/1. My comforter was still not ready. The attendant basically told me to come back with out an apology or discount nothing. I finally got my comforter back, it doesn't even smell clean. I smells like it was left in a warehouse the entire time. I will never go back to this place! Horrible, if I could rate them 0 stars I would!

This is the only dry cleaner I will take my clothes to! They go above and beyond on their service. My most recent experience there was me not picking up my clothes on time Saturday that I needed for Sunday. They are closed on Sunday but I called them and they were willing to come open the cleaners just for me to get my clothes. That is my experience here and the best way to describe Megacleaners.

Just moved to this side town. After 10years at sam cleaners was looking for new place close to new house. Wow my clothes smelled so bad I dont even want to wear them! What do they do smoke in there while cleaning our clothes??? Unbelievable! I had a set left from old cleaners & I smelled side by side... this Mega cleaners smells disgusting! What did they use on my clothes?? Clothes not even properly pressed! My first & last time! Dont waste your money!

Awesome service every time I go here. They always do a great job! They have also hemmed some of my suit pants and did a great job. Great service, never been disappointed. Also nice that I can drop off clothing on way to work and then pick up on my way home.

I used to love this dry cleaners. I liked that I could drop my clothes off after hours and the convenience of the drive through. However, twice now, the same spots that were on my clothes were still on them after I'd had them cleaned. The problem is that because I didn't wear them again right away, it would be days or even weeks before I noticed them. One pair of pants were dirty still but I didn't realize it until I was dressed and in my car headed to work. I was furious. The same thing happened with a blouse that had a huge soda stain right on the front. I don't know how they didn't see it. The blouse is mint green. I have clothes there now that I need to pick up. I'll inspect every piece before I walk out. And I will have to search deep and decide if I'll look for another cleaners or give this place another try. Update: Even after giving this dry cleaners another try, I have to now stop using them altogether. Once again I pulled clothes off of the hanger to wear and they still have stains on them, even though they've been 'cleaned'. No more. I'm done. I can't believe that they are cleaning the clothes. It looks like they are just pressing them and putting them on hangers. I can't, with a clear conscience, recommend this dry cleaner. I tried to like them. They are five minutes from my home. I'd rather drive further if it means I get the clean clothes I'm paying for.
