Absoulutely inconsiderate service. They had outdated labels promoting merch and sales that weren’t available and had a very condescending worker at the front counter who purposely bypassed the rewards pop ups on the pinpad and was not helpful at all when answering questions about the products. (She even denied the existence of first generation air pods when they only had the second, third, and pros in stock!!) It was a terrible customer service experience and the reviews on this store definitely reflect the common view. Definitely take the trip to a different Best Buy for a better, more helpful experience.

Y’all just wasted my time. Nobody seems interested in selling anything. They are quick to point and tell you in the back or in the area. I’ll anybody wants to do is point. I literally came in and told you I don’t know anything about the items that were given to me But I told you exactly what I needed. Me the customer told you exactly what I needed and wanted and you couldn’t even sell me that. I made it easy for you From now on, I’ll take all my business elsewhere. Yawls business yawls company is barely hanging on. But no wonder why. Everybody’s hanging out in a group chitchatting. Instead of selling goodbye. The worst part about this entire situation is that Best Buy any employees will do nothing about it. It won’t be much longer before you’re out of business at this rate. There’s no way you guys can afford to be paying 6 to 8 people to be standing around and pointing. Yes, you greeted at the door. But that’s the easy part. Your failure to capitalize will be your end. Your employees are alienating the remainder of your customer base. You have employees yet nobody knows how to sell. If I came and worked in your store, I would run circles around your entire staff. What a shame.

When I go, it's for specific electronics and have never been disappointed. The staff has always been attentive, polite, and knowledgeable.

It's a good place for electronics with the best price. The staff were friendly. Bought JBL Wireless earbuds and 32 inch Insignia Smart Fire TV. Both I bought for 145$.

Worst customer service. Gave me run around. Took my payment and sent me to another Best Buy to pickup the laptop.Guess what, they didn’t have it either. Then changed it to shipped to my house. Guess what it didn’t arrive. Email arrived instead that your order is 10 DAYS LATE. Really??? Now the online customer service is even worse. Keep saying I’m sorry. Come one Best Buy you’re losing your business to Amazon. You lost me also.
