This is my neighborhood hardware store so it is convenient but the service is what keeps me coming. Everyone who works here is wonderful but Jolie was so amazing today I just had to leave a review. She helped me with my paint project and was so knowledgeable and friendly. Ace is doing it right with all their hires. Thanks again Jolie!

This is as good as ACE in The Woodlands! They looking to expand. I wanted a Christmas mat to insert in my Greentree Mat and there were at least 15bto pick from. Service was phenomenal and the mat was reasonably priced. Love it!

I enjoy going to this Ace location because it has a post office inside (convenient) and the people are very sociable and friendly. Also lots of merchandise like cards and gifts.

M&D Ace was a couple miles farther away than the hardware or home stores we usually go to but they had the item I wanted in stock, so we went there. One of the best stores of its kind I've been in and has great staff. My gf's eyes lit up when we entered and she took off to look at other stuff. I bought a Stihl trimmer. Their stock was all fully assembled and ready to go - not like other places where you get a beat up box and have to put it together yourself at home. He took it to the back to QA check it and test run it. They set up my warranty right there - no filling out cards and mailing them. He even came outside with me to start up the trimmer and show me how to operate it. This will be our hardware store of choice from now on.

Be aware that ALL Ace Hardware Stores are individually owned and have different prices for identical products. I bought a plumbing item at M&D Supply and returned it 4 days later unused and new at Ace Hardware on Jones Rd. Their price is 20% less, so I lost 20%. Also, older gentleman at M&D was rude and had poor communicative skills. Won't go there again.

What guy doesn't love tools and a good Hardware store? What I love about this place, is you can't hardly make it from the front to the back of the place w/out at least 1-2 people asking if they can help you! I've spent time in the Big Stores, and its taken forever to get help...... This excellent type of service and friendly people get 2 thumbs up.... Doesn't matter if I've been looking for a $0.10 cent fastener or a $1K smoker....they have always been the best to deal w/. Thanks M&D for being that "great Old School" type of place you can count on..... I actually enjoy walking in there! Always greeted w/ a smile...you guys are GREAT!

It is a half mile away from our house so whenever we need something, we run to that store. The price in general is higher than homedepot or Lowes but they always have staffs available between isles and they are KNOWLEDGABLE. I love these elderly associates who understand my needs immediately so I am willing to pay extra for that.

The friendly neighborhood store. They have a great selection of hardware items.They have paint selection as well.This store has a usps branch as well.The usps folks here are very helpful.The usps store closes by 5.30-6 pm so best to get there by then.The usps store is inside the Ace store right at the back of the store.They sell stamps as well. Saturday the usps store closes by noon.The store has key maker as well.So we can get duplicate home and car keys done at the store.

Carl Jr. is always amazing. He helped me get my yard from embarrassing to picture worthy. I wish I could share pictures of the transformation. He is the best!!
