I am very grateful and surprised to arrive at a store that had never bought the brand and the people who helped me, Abigail, Lisbeth and Marcella, without exception, went out of their way to help me find sizes, designs, colors.
I was very happy to find the jeans that I was missing because I struggle a lot to get them to fit me and my wife tshirts, thanks to the team for their patience and honest advice that they did fit me well and that it didn't look good, but above all for Make us laugh.
Congratulations on such a great purchasing experience and congratulations to such a great team at the Cypress, TX location

My experience today was amazing. The staff were super friendly and always checked up on me. They helped me find my size, and everything never had customer service like this before. I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

The staff at this location is terrible, rude and unhelpful. Not only was my experience bad, but I watched others treated similarly, a blasé hello when we walked in, then no further acknowledgement. Asking about stock or sizes just seemed to irritate the staff further.
Do yourself a favor and either shop online or drive to the Katy Mills location. Everything in the store is for sale on Lucky’s website for the same prices, there’s nothing really “outlet” about these stores. Perhaps they carry a one off that’s discontinued, but I found everything I saw in store on Lucky’s online store. If you want to try things on in store, go to the Katy Mills location, it’s bigger, and the staff there was very friendly and helpful. Hope this helps someone avoid a similar bad experience.

While reading the reviews, the experience seemed all too familiar. We walked in the store and although I said hello, we were not greeted. The two ladies that were in the store stayed in the back by the register. As we approached them, I spoke again and I did not receive a response. At that time, we left out the store. When I left the store, I called to report my experience and I barely received an apology and the salesperson was not bothered by it at all. I think it’s a game to them and they purposely mistreat people.

Please tell workers to keep doors to the store open during business hours. I arrived at the store at 1230 and doors were locked. called and knocked and after 30 minutes store worker (Joana) showed up to unlock the doors.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere else. Joana was patient, helpful, and most importantly, she was friendly. She did everything in her power in order for me to leave happy with my purchase.
