After less than favorable results from several dealerships and shops on my Corvette and Jeep, I’ve been going to Lucas Auto Care for about 10 years! Just like in their name, they really “Care” !
Knowledgeable and professional service from all of the advisor's ,a shout out to Ryan, all of the top notch mechanic team, Richard my Corvette tech, Bryan ,Felipe the shop foreman and Chris the Manager. Trust is a big deal and I trust my vehicles with Lucas Auto Care!

I had an issue with my S550 suspension. I called Lucas and Ryan handled the problem very professionally! I called them, they set up a tow, had a quote the same day and completed the job ahead of schedule! Impressive service! Thank you!

Lucas Auto Care does a wonderful job at making sure that you are satisfied. After not having my DEF topped off Chris went above and beyond and made sure that I was satisfied by having someone come to my house and actually putting DEF in my SUV and refunding me for that service. If that is not excellent customer service, I don’t know what is! Thank you Lucas Auto Care so much again for all that you do. Your customer service is amazing forever outstanding!!!!

This was the first time to use Lucas Auto Care. After calling every Landrover dealership in Houston and not being able to get an appointment for an oil change and then trying other local auto shops and finding out they do not have the supplies to do an oil change on my vehicle, I found Lucas Auto Care. I was very pleased with the communication and services provided! Highly recommend and will be back!!!
Update 06/10/2023: Took my Landrover back to Lucas Auto Care as it was due for an oil change. AGAIN they exceeded my expectations!!! I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Their service and follow up is incredible!
Update 08/01/2024: Brought my Landrover in for an oil change & diagnosis for a check engine light. As always they are extremely thorough and honest. It’s not just the big things, but the little extra things they do. I highly recommend Lucas Auto Care!
