Purchased some tile for a bath remodel. Ivan was amazing and extremely helpful and had us on our way quickly. And the price was less that other stores in the area.

See photos on how delivery men installed my refrigerator . Totally uneven (see side by side doors) and when they tore off the front plastic they left perforated plastic along the trim and it is impossible to get it off. When you are paying for something this expensive and also delivery, it would be nice to have it done right.

I won't come back to the Cypress Lowes. I got the worst service. Nobody wanted to help or show me where the items were. I asked a couple associates for help and I got pushed off like I was disturbing them. I am very disappointed. I have always been treated well and got great service at all the other Lowes locations.

This isn't a place I frequent, mostly because I hate the parking lot of it, and I don't know it as well as home Depot. The times that I have been in here, the workers are always friendly, it's just a little bit harder to find a worker. I usually come here around Christmas time looking for Christmas decorations for the neighborhood or something, and it's usually hit or miss. If I come in this store, likely to find the display, but not one to buy. But, it's just a busy place, so sometimes I have to order online or go to a different location. All in all, and okay place.

Crazy woman dressed head to toe in black clothing at this store today, running up to customers inside the store and outside the store, filming, screaming at and harassing people. She was escorted from the store multiple times, and despite the continued harassment, the store refused to call the police. It is the grace of God she did not escalate to violence, but in this day and age, failure to act by the store, jeopardizes its customers. “Not allowed to call the police” is a horrible policy and should be reviewed.

I had to go back and purchase a washer from Home Depot because the people who were working here at Lowes did not help at all, didn't really answer my questions about certain washers and just didn't want to "help" with what I was looking for in a washer, they would just tell me they were not sure or just read what was posted about them. So I left and bought my new washer from Home Depot.

Customer service here is run by a bunch of people who would rather be doing something else. No one smiles, and they can't be bothered to do their job. When you're not happy with an answer and ask for a manager you're called a "Karen". The ladies in customer service like to give fake names and titles. And you can't seem to find someone in charge to deal with a customer satisfaction issue. Stay away from Lowe's. I'm tired of bringing my money to an organization that hates it's customers.

They charged my CC twice for the same amount ($150)! I never got my money back, no matter how many times I called them and they promised to refund me! I shop at home Depot since then.

Go to home depot. Floor installation had been a nightmare. sprayed concrete on my car, skipped an entire wall that was concealed by a desk (we paid for lowes to move the furniture even though we moved most of it), and caused 2 inch gaps under all the doors after the store said I didn't need floating while the lowes corporate designer recommended it (mind you we had ripped up the carpet long before lowes even stepped foot in my house so the difference in the flooring used doesn't apply). While there were other issues as well, its sad that it took the Manager weeks to respond with only a 3% offer on a 9000 installation. It took almost 6 months to even have issues addressed with multiple calls to the escalation number to check on status as returning calls never happened. Whoever called us with the offer seriously needs training. They were rude and acted as if we didn't deserve anything. I would highly recommend going to home depot. We only asked for a 10% refund...3% is a joke for how long it took to get the installation finished and have the issues addressed. Especially after lying multiple times this year that you would hear back on x and x date but no one ever called. Why post saying you care about customer support then treat your customers like they're just bothering you. We didn't even get an apology from the guy who called. Just a fake/grumpy thanks for shopping at lowes.....yeah. treat customers like that and expect us to come back. Not happening.

I visited Lowes intentionally because I saw that Lowes supports local residents and businesses on a home improvement show. Since the corporation supports some communities, I wanted to support them, although my pockets are not as deep as theirs. I was searching for a fiddle plant to give as a gift. I found a healthy one at a reasonable price at Lowes and purchased a beautiful ceramic planter pot to put it in as well. The young man in the plant area proactively made himself available to me and other customers to offer assistance if we needed any. I like that very much, and that's why I rated it 5 stars.
