Taron in plumbing was spot on amazing!
My wife & I were installing a new faucet in the bathroom. Taron walked us right through it and gave us supplies and advice that saved us time. I understand he was self taught. Train him formally, further. He’s a great asset.

No urgency by staff. They keep you waiting endlessly with no remorse or apology. I came looking for one item and spent one hour being passed from person to person and they ultimately could not find the item even though their phone said it was in stock. Still no apology or recommendation provided on how else to get the item.

I purchased a grill that needed to be returned. It ended up being a difficult and long process to return it. But the manager, Richard and two associates, Kyle and Raffy made the process so much easier. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and to get the difficult return done. This will be the Lowe’s I shop at in the future even though there’s one closer to my house due to how they handled this difficult process.

horrible they never have what you need the floor associates help is lacking the guy today in lighting electric area was great thats it many of them dont know their job or anything else they also really arent helpful at all they walk around talking and playing … then you have silly people that will tell checking out customers its out to pay in the customer service area holding up the line for customers with issues and move slow as a snail the meanwhile there is NO WAIT TO CHECK OUT WHERE THEY SHOULD ???♀️ its beyond annoying but hey we live in a time where customers matter less and business are closing and ppl are crying about losing their job because ppl can opt to not deal with humans and order online so now they need a housing facility stockers maybe bagger delivery personnel but even thats being taken over by robot … take away this crew mostly is unhelpful and lazy … i literally told someone incharge hey check the line and get the ppl checking out down to check out to fix the chaos well I dont matter he did it when he got ready barely bad leadership is the biggest issue ppl feel ok to not do their job and give lousy customer service and poor work performance and when this lowes close theyll cry anout their job or either they fire 80% lowes will be demonized but the fact remains ppl do not wanna work … its messy dusty as well not coming bk here ever

Today noon (June 29,2024), I visited Lowes at Cypress Rose Hill to buy fiberglass insulation according to web page this product has a price of $71.98 (see photo) but they told me it is not available in this store and I could go to other Lowes store at West Spring where is available but the price is $126.36 (see photo). I feel cheated by the way customers are treated by abusing an 80% increase in the same product from one store to another. I hope that BBB agency be informed about marketing policy this Lowes Store. I tried to talk with Store General Manager but was denied.

Lowe's employee Jelan was kind to helped me today at finding and looking for an item. He went above and beyond by looking at searching stores online. Then when I left I saw him at the parking lot uploading materials for a handicap customer. Really awesome, wonderful young man!! Thanks ?
Store was busy but I was able to find help at the lumber aisle, garden center, and electric aisle (Thanks Wayne ?).

We worked with Marcus in the flooring and special order department. Marcus is very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. He was kind and patient with us, he answered all of our questions. Marcus is definitely an asset to his customers and to Lowes. Thank you.

Very clean and easy to get help if needed. Fully stocked, a lot to explore, and customer service is on point. Will come back for my next home improvement project.
