First time here, parked my car and was about to walk-in and they posted a note on my face when trying open the door stating temporary closure and didn’t even bother talking to me. Felt a little rude. Not going here again.

Real customer service. Let me start from the beginning, I went to another location and was fed and sold the wrong information and pool heater. And the phrase buyer's remorse is an understatement. When the wrong heater was arriving at my home I began dialing random Leslie's trying to get help. After several misses, I reached this location and spoke to Brenden. And that's when I began experiencing real customer service. He was polite, Knowledgeable and gave me the right instructions on what to do. I then spoke to his manager Miranda who is literally an angel in human form. She made me feel confident with choosing Leslie's. Once Miranda and Brenden got my order straighten out, Michael the tech arrived at my home and installed the heater. Michael is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable in this industry. Point is this, reach out to Brenden or his angelic manager Miranda, and if you have any work that needs to be done definitely, request Michael.

I went there today 8/14 with my daughter, at 5:30, the boy that was working there couldn't be more rude!!!I had a cupon for $15off and he did not use it. I have the right date, and he said his couldn't do it.I bought $150 item.Not going back thereThe ones in Hw6 are so much nicer employees

This company will go out of its way to help. Even when customers are completely out of line, they stay dedicated. No matter what location: Bella Terra, Cinco Ranch, North Cinco, or both Mason Rd's. Commercial or residential, they always go the extra mile.

I ordered a Hayward metal-reinforced seal for my severely leaking filter case to be shipped to store. After nearly a month never receiving it and making several calls to customer service, I canceled the order and ordered the seal from Amazon.com, which arrived in a day. 13 days later, I received an email saying it was in store and ready to pick up. I called the store and explained that I had canceled it and that they should send it back to the warehouse. 2 days later, I received an email that I had picked up the order and 11 days later, I saw the charge on my credit card statement. I immediately disputed the charge and was credited the amount. I received a letter yesterday that Leslie's responded to the credit card company that I received it in good condition or some such lie and the charge was reinstated (thanks a LOT, Capital One). I called the store to speak to the manager, but she wasn't going to be in for 2 days. Meanwhile, I had just a few days to respond to the credit card company, so I called them and uploaded my Leslie's order (with the lie that I received it) and my Amazon order several weeks later for the same item, along with a history of emails back and forth and a long letter explaining the time sequence in much more detail than above and that I've never even been to the Fry Road location...EVER. I concluded the letter asking Leslie's to produce my unique and unforgeable signature I should have had to sign to receive the order. Capital One has again credited me and now Leslie's can lie again. You can bet I'm going over to see that crooked manager on Thursday (tomorrow)!

Wish I could give this store a 5 star rating. We’ve gone to this location several times and have always been treated poorly by Miranda. Not helpful at all and tries to push products down your throat. Went in today and ended up not buying anything and going to the location across from 290.
