Yesterday I bought a dish, fajita and pastor, the meat was very dry and the fajita was all skinny. Today I gave them another chance, I bought chicken broth. Good God, that broth was saltier than a salt shaker, horrible, inedible. Just because I was already at my house and I was too lazy, if I don't go and return it... it ended up in the trash, complete. Debut and farewell. I have been to many Michoacán without any problem, but this town ✖️✖️✖️

I'm a Loyal customer at this Michoacana and considering on offering my loyalty to El Rancho, I spend at the very least $1,000.00 per month at this Michoacana and even after mentioning to the staff that their food court meals especially their Chicharron grande are horrible well overcookedand burned with the taste of recycled burnt manteca taste to it. If a business in the food industry just dosen't care or do anything about their quality it makes me wonder what else is going on back there they just don't care about yet I'm feeding my family with their food.

The food is very delicious but the staff does not have good manners to work in customer service starting from the manager and the kitchen staff they need to be taught how to treat customers

Terrible service since they removed the older ladies who had really cooked themselves. Cold food does not have the common sense to be able to give a good plate of food some simple tacos, apparently they no longer care, but you can see the difference that comes in so almost no people look.

They suppose to closed at 9 I went in there at 8:40 to get ham and they didn’t want to give me any ham because supposedly they were closing already.
Really 8:40 and they stop working.?

We moved here recently and we have visited this place, many of the products do not have the price tag and those that do, when it comes to checking out, cost another amount, the place is very expensive and the employees always give poor service. Win, we went at 8:00 at night and they answer you as if they no longer wanted to serve you, they start mopping your feet so you can get out of there, the vegetables are very expensive, I don't think we will return.We moved here recently and we have visited this place, many of the products do not have the price tag and those that do, when it comes to checking out, cost another amount, the place is very expensive and the employees always give poor service, we went at 8:00 pm they close until 9:00 at night and they answer you as if they no longer wanted to serve you, they start mopping your feet so you can get out of there, the vegetables are very expensive, I don 't think we will return.

The non-good Menudo is too stinky. I don't recommend it very badly for the chefs. It's a shame they should enjoy their work. Cooking is an art.

Service was okay, not the best, could use some improvement with their customer service, This is a photo of the food I ordered, and you can clearly see a pice of plastic that I noticed on my taco, it looks like it was melted on the meat, im sure that's not supposed to be there

Very bad, starting with those who serve the food, you talk to them, you greet them and they seem to be on fire, angry and not even a hello, then they work without much desire, very bad experience, for me I would give it 0/10, fix that because that's why We pay, we don't go there for free, thank you
