Place is a oven. Turn on the air conditioning! Locker rooms must be only for people with IBS.

One of the better locations but I’ve been treated extremely badly by one of the staff at the front desk. The young Hispanic guy with somewhat long hair, extremely arrogant, rude and disrespectful to everyone. For that reason I have cancelled my membership.

I signed up here because they are the only place I know that still has racquetball! The facility is clean and the people I've come in contact with were friendly. I appreciated the first trainer session too. It was really helpful.

I dropped my earbud into the climbing machine and asked for help — one staff member came right away, he removed the side panels and took it out. I really appreciate his quick response and willingness to help. The employees here are warm-hearted and always ready to assist. Great experience!

This gym needs to hire parking lot security. Cars are always broken into and they’ve done nothing about it. If they don’t fix this issue, people will stop coming here. Saw a woman run in once to report her car window being shattered and the front desk could barely care. Today my brothers’ car window was busted.

Have re-designed the entire gym. They kept the Hammer Strength machines (some still need repairs). Life Fitness and Free Motion pin-operated machines (which I liked), have now been replaced with Matrix and Hoist equipment. I think the Matrix equipment is not as ergonomic to use (seats are lower and not as easy to adjust). They also have a couple of Booty Builder machines for glutes. The basketball court has been converted to additional free weight area. Half of what used to be the pin-operated machine area has been converted to what now appears to be fitness trainer area (see photo). (See diagram for main floor pin-operated weightlifting machine layout.)
6/28/25 update: After waiting almost a month for the hip adductor machine to be fixed, I decided to see if there was anything I could do myself (see photo). It appears that the maintenance staff either has not been trained on how to service the machines or they simply do not have good mechanical ability to figure stuff out. The cable underneath simply came apart because thread locker had not been applied when assembled at the factory. Jake even thanked me for fixing it!
