I'm a personal shopper. I work for instacart, favor, etc. Worst store I've been into in a while. Things out of stock and everything that was in stock was expired for the most part. Had to check everything carefully. Please get your stuff together I literally had to take a whole box of one item to the front because it was all expired by over a month. It's a great store but you're ruining it by not doing your job. I will not be shopping here or taking any delivery jobs here until this is fixed. I know you are a busy location but I've been to so many other locations that are also busy but they have their stuff together and I get quality products that I can trust.

Today Cassandra at the customer service desk was very dismissive, rude, and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly at this store.. over the last 90 days we have spent 1,749.44. I am re-thinking where I am going to spend the next few thousands for groceries. Just because vitamins were poorly stocked and I was asked bring my receipts to receive a buy one get one free. My integrity was questioned for 10.00 after spending thousands...

Cassandra who helped me at the customer service desk was amazing! There was a woman in front of me who was holding up the line fussing over coupons, and Cassandra handled the situation so gracefully and efficiently. She was very kind and didn’t let the situation affect her job. She apologized for the wait and continued like nothing happened. I was very impressed with her professionalism. At this location I encountered CS employee named Casandra at a clearance section on Isle 20. She literally got into my face with her face. I was looking through the clearance cosmetic items and was as close as within 12” of the top rack when out of nowhere Kroger CS employee shoved her case into my face ,l. She’s skinny , has more tattoos than clothes on her , piercings over her face, constantly obnoxious and loud as if she was raised on Skid row.
I don’t recall signing up for Kroger’s Rewards that included their employees breathing into customers face or that customers would have to smell their employees breath. If I wanted to smell sewer I can do so at home, shove my face into my toilet. What happened with Krogers safety precautions!!! Has Kroger forgotten about COVID, and not aware of so many other Airborne Transmissible diseases !
Ten feet distance should be permanently implemented into Kroger’s policy to keep customers safe from their employees .

As always Krogers has more things priced lower than HEB however because they are close to each other you can shop them all depending on what you need. Shop wise and if Kroger is only a few pennies more, with the price of fuel you need to reason is saving a few cents worth the cost of fuel to get it. Kroger is still better prices than H.E.B.
