First time I ever picked up in a store and it'll be the last. I called because the email told me to call past a 24 hr period. Employee that I spoke to got upset that I called 27 hrs into my order ? I told her I never did a store pick up so sorry for asking. Then when I get there, maybe because I had scrubs on, maybe something else but it felt.. not the R word.. but biased. I walked in with another gentleman who came right after me.. he was helped immediately while I stood at the register waiting for help. By the time I got help and my items.. I opted for a gift wrapping on my purchases and the employee just handed me my items in a bag with the material to do it myself.I like the brand.. but treating customers nicely can go a long way. So I won't be going back there again.

Ashley was seriously SO HELPFUL the last time my girlfriend and I were there! We had a couple of pieces that were broken that needed replacing as well as single earrings needing a new pair and she patiently and kindly helped us sort out what was needed for each piece one by one. Even when the store suddenly got very busy, she maintained the same level of kindness and attentiveness like we were the only people in the store. She was very knowledgeable of sales and promotions and helped us get a great deal on all of our pieces. Thank you, Ashley, for everything!!

I have been shopping at the Towne Lake Kendra Scott store since it first opened and have always had a good experience with their customer service until today. I walked in with a return. I did not have my receipt however I knew they can look up my purchase history. I was greeted by one girl with a smile but as soon as I told her I had a return her demeanor changed. Before I could speak, the girl was quick to tell me need proof of purchase to return and sale items are final. I told her I know you can look up my purchase history. Never had any issues in past. Long story short, they found my proof of purchase and issued a gift card. The girl gave me a dirty look as she handed me my gift card and said nothing to me. Last time I shop at this location.

I love the location and the variety at this store. All of the sales associates are very friendly and eager to help. One sales associate in particular was so helpful when I was purchasing several teacher gifts in May. She was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for and put together a few custom options for me as well at the color bar. I had about 7 or so gifts and she even took the time to gift wrap and label them for me. My best experience at KS, thank you Jaime B!!!

The nicest people! They were so helpful and nice I was in there probably over half a hour picking out my locket necklace and helped me choose and figure everything out! Best customer service I will be going here every time I need Jewlery!

Maris goes above and beyond in the customer service department. I called this morning and she walked me through my color bar options without having to come in the store. She sent me pics of side by side so that I could make the right decision between two colors. She made the whole process super simple and easy and was so friendly. When shopping at this location, you will be so lucky if you get to work with her!!

if I could give this place zero stars I would because I came in here a year ago for my birthday and I was greeted two times after letting them know I wanted to look before going to the color bar and they still proceeded to ask me if I was ready to go to the color to start my design then I came back today with my brother and was greeted four times by two the same two people and they kept asking me if there was an item that I was interested in and then asked if I was gonna get anything today after I asked, I wanted to look around before I needed help they walked away, got on their phones and then 10 minutes later I got asked again the same question while I was still looking around a different section out of my four years of customer service seeing and working retail I would never treat a customer like this. Worst service ever next time you hire an employee make sure that they don't constantly ask the customer if they need help give them space and time.

Melody and Maris helped me while I was there for over an hour picking out earrings at the color bar and these two ladies were awesome... especially Maris... who was helping every step of the way!! Thanks for the best customer service ladies!???

The sales team here was very helpful. They assisted us with making our final selections and overall had a pleasant experience. This location is a smaller store and a wide selection of clearance options.

No one acknowledged us when we came in, or as we stood in line waiting for someone to help. I thought it was due to them being busy but as soon as a white couple walked in they were immediately greeted and the worker ran over to help them. Honestly really disappointing as I was excited to resize a present I had gotten for Christmas and left feeling so bad.

THEY DONT CLOSE AT NINE. IDK WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS LOCATION, BUT THEY NEED TO FIX THE TIME ON HERE! Wasting people’s time. So unprofessional. I’m sure this has happened before so the fact that the time hasn’t been fixed is ridiculous!

Outdated process for the online ordering process. I ordered and paid online purposely for fast checkout, received the email confirmation the items was ready for pickup, but the store staff made me make the line to get my item ordered which was ready on a desk behind the cashier. The store was not staff short, and it was not a busy time, just outdated process for online pickup.
