I've had my hair cut by Soren for as long as we have been in Cypress---over twenty years. He does a great job, my only complaint is that I have less hair now and I think he should charge accordingly (LOL).

I had an amazing experience at Journeys Hair Salon! After a disastrous hair coloring mishap elsewhere, I reached out to them in a panic, and they promptly fit me in with an expert colorist, April. She patiently guided me through my options, ensuring my hair wasn’t further damaged. Despite spending hours there, April’s expertise and dedication saved my hair, and I’m excited to continue working with her to achieve the blonde I desire. Their exceptional service and ability to accommodate me at short notice make them stand out, and I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

I had services for the first time on 1/10 with Madi. I have never been more pleased with my hair, makeup and my treatment by the stylist! I had a photo shoot on 1/10 and was able to get an appoint with Madi the day before. She listened to what I wanted, wasn't scissor happy & applied my makeup for a natural look as requested. She did a color, cut & blowout. She also did my makeup the morning of and touched up my hair style. She has continued to be very helpful, giving me her personal cell and providing the brand names of products she used. I have never been more pleased with my hair stylist since my hair changed. It is thinning & having other post-post-menopasal issues. Finding a stylist and products had been challenging & disappointing. I LOVE my cut & color. Finally, a style I can do at home. I also LOVED my makeup for which I received compliments from my family. I will be returning soon to purchase some products and am hoping to have Madi do my makeup again soon for upcoming special occasion. Highly recommend studio and stylist Madi!!

Jazmin is the best! She’s helped grow my hair out from a pixie cut to super long now! All within a year. Will continue to go to her to keep growing my hair out, to keep it healthy, thick & strong, as well as for color, hilights, cut, deep conditioner & k18 & olaplex. Thanks Jazzy J!

My first time with this hair salon and I loved it. The lady that cut my hair Karina was awesome. She listened to what I wanted and delivered over and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place Karina is my stylist but I also recommend Hailey she's been doing my husband's hair for a long time.

I’ve only been seeing Kelsey for a short time, but she does an amazing job with my hair and making me feel heard. I don’t always know how to verbalize what I want and Kelsey knows how to figure it out! She’s also very enjoyable to chat with and I trust her.
This salon is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good place!

I would do anything to go back in time and not go to the stylist I went to at this salon. I got my hair cut here 2 months ago and still cry when I have to look at it in the mirror. I went in with long, thick, beautiful hair. I wanted a trim with long layers. I even showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted. I came out with a very choppy uneven cut. My hair used to get caught in the waistband of my pants. Now the top layer is barely long enough to stay behind my shoulder. I’m also mortified she textured my hair about 3in from my scalp so my hair feels paper thin. It’s going to take well over a year or longer for my hair to be back to normal if it ever makes it back to that. I picked this salon based off the good reviews, but my experience was far from that.

Asked for curtain bangs and my stylist literally cut so much off and made my bangs so short. Since it was cut short already I told her to just give me bangs and it was the worst decision ever, she didn't really give me any suggestions to help frame my face better, just did whatever. Then she tried cuttung my hair shorter and it was completely choppy and uneven, said that "layers wouldn't look right because my hair is so fine." I've never heard of that in my life, I've gotten layers and texture before and its supposed to help my fine hair look full. I left the salon looking like I'm 10 with choppy short hair and bangs. Completely uneven and ugly. I asked if she could style my bangs so I could see potential in the haircut, and she kinda sighed as if it was a inconvenience. I've haven't had a haircut in almost a year and now I regret giving this place another chance. My hair is so choppy now and there's nothing I can do to fix it other than grow it back out. I still tipped her 20 bucks because I understand people work to pay bills, but still this haircut was a complete waste of my time and money... never again.

Nice clean environment. My new hairdresser Martha shows kindness and patience. Told her what I wanted and she nailed it. Will be going back for many more.
