The staff was great, amazing people that worked hard on the car and I’m very grateful to them but my car wasn’t necessarily fixed. I came in cuz my car was making a rattling sound, was told I needed a new radiator, after getting the new radiator and paying almost $1200, I left with the same rattling noise even more frequent and new warning and check engine lights on and the car won’t even come on now. I also noticed a massive pool of oil underneath my parking spot the same night I got it from the shop. After taking the car back next week and it being worked on, it’s just stuck in my drive way. Should’ve never taken it in, now I’m 1200 short with the same problem I came in with and many more.

There are other Jiffy Lube locations available. My advice is to utilize a different location. I had repairs on my auto at this location and attempted several times to have the mistakes corrected. I tried for 2 months to get a resolution and promised return calls after the parts were received, but the calls never arrived. No attempt to repair errors in workmanship and I have been extremely patient. Stated, this is attention to detail and poor service at its highest level. Avoid this location at all costs. The majority of Jiffy Lube locations vacuum your car, not at this location and I have experienced oil spots on my leather seats and armrests that I had to clean. Find another location.......

Customer service needs to improve and also I was there for an hour. for a 10 minute oil change,the new staff is nothing like the old ones.

They were quick fast let me know everything which wasn't much What's wrong with my car. It was at least two people ahead of me and we all got out and a quick fast and reasonable time. It was pleasant clean and great communication. I have the pleasure of speaking with Solomon about my car and he was very knowledgeable about the things But I needed also that my wife and I just moved on to this side of town and we constantly go to jiffy lube and weird pretty happy with the service we got at the one that's looking right across the street from our community. 5 ⭐ for service y'all will be seeing us again.

This Jiffy Lube has very bad workers. Today in the afternoon I took my car to have it repaired and just because it was missing a little brake fluid they wanted to force me to change the pads and brakes with them. Be careful because they can do that to a lot of people who don't know any better. Very bad work. Please find another place to do that work.
