Last Saturday I went to JCP to look for some bedroom drapes and was helped by Miss Teresa Lucky. She did an amazing job ordering our drapes and explaining the process. If you are in the market for drapery, find Miss Lucky, she's helpful and has a wonderful personality!

I've been to a number of JC Pennys over my time. And this one is actually fairly nice. The zombie apocalypse experience they offer in the bathroom threw me off a bit though. I think they were way too committed to making you believe it's the end of the world. Some poor soul was eaten alive while taking his final deuce. R.I.P. you poor shopping soul.

I went to buy my niece some school shoes online they had them for $14. And at the store $ 30. Same shoes ! So I ask the lady why is the price higher! She had no explanation.

I went to buy blouses and the front desk cashier, a woman named Irma wouldn’t let me use an in store coupon and wouldn’t apply my rewards to my total. She pulled up the wrong account and said she couldn’t allow us to use our rewards because she would have to cancel the entire transaction and re scan everything. She refused to do so out of laziness and was down right rude. I’ve never had a problem with any cashier like this before. We were shocked. It felt like she was taking advantage of us and I really didn’t appreciate her attitude. We asked her many questions and she said no to everything. No coupon, no rewards, no help. Just down right lazy.
