Horrible customer service .. Been with agents 8+ years and now that we need to put a claim in and get information we can’t get anyone on the phone. Have called multiple times the last 3 weeks and left voicemails and no call back at all. Would not recommend this agent at all

Their office has ignored many calls/voicemails from me. I’ve tried emailing as well, but no response. Been loyal to State Farm for several years, but maybe it’s time for a change now…or at least a new agent!

I’ve been insured with StateFarm for over 3 years & I have not had any issues with them. Jay is quick to assist me with my questions or changes on my policy. I strongly recommend him.

This is a great office ! We saved by bringing our homeowners over to them , and ended up getting flood insurance too. Thank God because we needed it. So happy there are good people that make this stuff easy .

I’ve been with State Farm 8 years especially this agent! Horrible experience within the last 4 years. They never repond to voicemails and never pick up phone calls. The times I have spoke to a “rep” it has been a woman with a child crying in the back. Every change and issue I have addressed regarding my policy has been with the 1800 number. I do not recommend this agent.

This office is awesome. They are friendly and helped us through a tough claim situation. I am forever grateful for the help. In today's world we can do most everything online, and I do. But when I needed to ask a question they e mailed us back and even texted. Once we brought our home insurance over , our vehicle insurance dropped ... wish we did that sooner.

We have been insured by State Farm for more than 50 years, and our parents before us. We were assigned to this agent when our previous State Farm agent retired. Our relationship has been a severe disappointment. When we downsized in mid 2017 he arranged our flood insurance. When he set up the policy he made a mistake that resulted in coverage set at $107K rather than $250K we ordered. We followed up several times and got promises that it was fixed. Then Harvey flooded our house. He eventually got it corrected a few weeks later. Recently we moved into a local hotel during house repairs, and our car was broken into. I reported it to him by phone at his main office number and his cell phone and never heard back. It seems he only responds to text messages. If State Farm considers him an acceptable agent then it is time to change insurance companies.
