The gym is very motivating!! Everyone is super helpful, and I am not talking about the staff. The members will assist you with what you need (if you need a spot, advice, technique, etc.). Great gym overall, just on the smaller side and has a decent crowd during the day but would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.

great gym! love all the equipment that the gym has and love that it is open 24/7. A lot of parking available. Also love the outside boxing section. Would love to see maybe one or two more machines for the cardio section.
