“Only rating 5 stars for the service received by a younger gentleman and Jason. Came to the store to help my mom transfer her service from my siblings Verizon account to mine. Wanted to come in person because it’s nice to be able to have a real human offer assistance. We were told by one employee that needed to call a specific number and that they would get it completed for us over the phone. We called the number and stepped into my car since my mother and I do not live together and she needed help with the transfer. Got to a point that we needed WiFi to activate a new line to the transferred account so we walked back inside. This is where we were greeted by a young man who helped us get a new SIM card and then were handed over to Jason who helped us finish the transfer and activation who proceeded to tell us that he could’ve handled the whole thing himself. We were very grateful for his assistance and wish we had been able to work with him from the beginning…would’ve saved us some headaches. I don’t understand why 9 times out of 10 when you walk into this store, the employees try to direct you to doing the work yourself at home…people physically come into the store when they want help from a human and don’t want to just be sent away to make a call. Thankfully they have Jason here who understands that!”
