Charles helped me out through most of the process and was super helpful and patient. Once it reached 7:30 p.m. or so, Harry relieved Charles. Both of these guys were a tremendous help and showed great patience and customer service throughout the whole time. I can’t thank those two guys enough for getting me back in action with a new phone.”
