Using the benefits offered in the contract when living in Cantera are limited. For example, the gym has limited opening hours, 8 am, and at work time. Additionally, 40% of the equipment is not operational. It has already been in this condition for more than 2 months.

I have lived at Cantera at Towne Lake for several years. I find it a very convenient location with a Kroger Marketplace store, a Bank of America location and even a McDonalds within easy walking distance. I get prompt service for maintenance issues.
