A big waste of time, if they don't want to help you they will keep telling you to wait and call you back.Weeks go by no news and when you call they will hang up on you unless you call with a different numbers.Google needs a 0 star option

The usual body shop run around. Follow up is hit and miss. You could leave a voicemail every day for several days without getting a return call.

This place has no idea what they are doing. They literally killed my car and replaced an engine for no reason. They were a constant headache to deal with when they did communicate with me. Which was rare. They nickel and dimed me and my insurance company for evrything when they had no idea what was going or what they were doing. DONT GO HERE!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

It will not let me give 0 stars. BEWARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to this shop! They will take forever to fix/repair anything. Had the worst experience with this shop. They suck at customer service. Mutiple calls, never there, left message after message, no calls returned, lead times exaggerated long. They will work the insurance companies until they can squeeze all the money they can from the claim AND when they finally say its ready, the vehicle will be returned to you with unfinished work. I had to pay extra money to fix their #@cked up work. So unprofessional. The guy that repaired my vehicle took pictures of their sh$*&ty work. I believe in karma and they will get what they have coming to them. They should not be in business. They need to stop ripping people/insurance companies of their money and time.

These people at iCar are very professional with their work. Starting with receptionist to the techs/ installers. Great people and always go above and beyond my expectations. Second project I get done with ICar and I left content. Really recommend these guys. Thanks ICar!

This was my first time bringing one of my vehicles here and won’t be the last they have great customer service and Abby and Jesse explained everything that a lot of shops will not they are honest and not just out to get your money I really recommend this place and look forward to my next visit cause from the looks of it their paint and body shop seems to know what their doing

You're better off pulling up YouTube tutorial to learn how to do what you need done than taking your ride here....no follow ups whatsoever and the amount of delays that happened will causes headaches!!

This is by far the worst shop I have being to. The lady at the front is the only competent person who works here the rest of the shop will make you promise on completion times that they give you themselves fail to meet those time fail to update you and they lie to you time and time again. They had my wheels for a month and a half messed up the first time because they rushed then that waited till the every last minute to get it fixed messed up again and still failed to follow up and meet any deadlines they set them selves

I met Jesse and Abigail a wile ago to replace a mirror that was knocked off by me being to close to a wall getting on the freeway. I also fell for a scam to have a dent fixed. They put several holes in my fender in order to pull the dent out and then put bondo on and told me to give it a few weeks to set, and call them. I could never reach them. I went to ICar for the first time and Jesse was all over it and had my repair done in a few days and my truck looked like new. Now I don't use anyone but ICar for body work and car care. They are prompt and on time all the time. I have never had an issue with this company. To tell you the truth. It is like having FAMILY in the Auto Service Business, because that is how I am always treated when I go there. Abigail is such a sweetheart, she took care of my rental vehicle each time I needed her service, on short notice. The work performed was great and I'm very pleased of how my vehicle turned out.
