Very unprofessional. As many people work in that office they never on same page. They had my information since months but they finding issues on appointment day and cancelled it few times saying we don’t have anyone knowledgeable in our office so call other office.

Yandira's customer service is excellent, she explained us everything and helped us to get a fair deduction, we are definitely doing our taxes next year again with her. If you ever want a great experience and someone that really cares and helps you with your taxes, she is the one you need to go to!

Worst. Don’t know what they’re doing and sent off my divorce decree and gave me bits and pieces of the copies. Had to order a new one. The following year I ended up getting money back they said I had to pay.not doing business with this place again.

Nothing like I expected about in-person service. The tax advice was void. Explain the reason why I decided to use your services and you did not understand what I was looking for, nor did you help me at all. What a disappointment for the first time using this service. They gave me a discount that does not even reflect 10% of what they charged for the service. Frustrating.

When I called this morning the woman said walk ins are okay, I told her I would be there in a few minutes. Then I showed up and she said there was nothing available today. I really wish she would have told me on the phone there was nothing available so I wouldn't have wasted my time.. train your staff better.
