“Clean, new and modern style. Our family request for a walk in shower was noted and upheld. The hotel room walls are thin but our stay was quiet. Nice outdoor area. Check in was a breeze, staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. There isn’t a lot of close parking, breakfast was a great addition, we were far from my vegan restaurants but close to family. The showers are small and do not get steaming hot which sucked but everything else was lovely.”

“I’m not sure what the review from the Leah woman is talking about and pretty sure it was misleading to damage the hotel for some reason.
Our experience was different. Is the hotel the Hilton…no, but if you’re boujee’ why would you go to the Days Inn. The hotel is priced for the middle/lower class but more that that the sheets are clean, the staff is great and the breakfast area is cleaner than most of the others. The gym room and business room work. It’s a none smoking hotel that doesn’t have lingering pot smell every time you walk out the door. Nor have I seen any bugs and I’ve stayed here for several weeks. If you’re looking for a decent place with a decent price this is a good place to go.”

“I got into my room and immediately noticed ear plugs sitting on the bed side table. I thought, what the heck? Then I realized how incredibly noisy the freeway was outside the windows. Just crazy. I will not stay at this property again.Some colleagues of mine told me they requested a different room on the other side of the building and that those rooms were fine. I should have done the same.”

“Great location some rooms have bit more wear and tear managers do their best to keep out riff raff that stays too long and I've seen better but I've seen far worse from the same hotel brand I would say the staff makes up for it especially at night always so kind if u need plasticwear.or drink they are very helpful for such items that u sometimes forget to bring when u stay at motel and order in u realize opps no fork but they happily replace towels or provide needed items most of it free except drink but that's to be expected so good job on friendly staff”
“Staff is friendly. Rooms are in a good condition, not your 5 star hotels but it will do the job if you dont want to spend too much or just need the room for a quick shower after work and rest a few hours if you're traveling. Its near a bar, some mexican food so win win in my book.”

“Tried calling this hotel around 6:20 am to get more information before booking and was greeted by an agent then asked to hold. For the next 6+ minutes, I listened to them talk about how much one charges as a hairstylist and how she needs to charge more, especially compared to others. They went on and on, and I finally said “hello”because obviously they weren’t working, they’d just forgotten I was on the line. Instead of coming back to the phone to assist, they abruptly stopped the conversation (someone made a shocked noise, not realizing someone was on the line), then immediately hung up without saying anything else. I tried calling again right after, even letting the phone ring for 4+ minutes, but no one picked up. If this is what it’s like before I ever step foot inside the hotel…no thank you.”

“Property seemed fairly new, nice finishes and common area. We loved that it was within walking distance to the outlet mall. Breakfast had lots of good options. We came with a youth team for a tournament and what impressed me the most was the staff. A hurricane had just come through Houston 4 days prior and many people in the area were still without power including some employees. Despite all that, Melissa, at the front desk took great care of our group. She confirmed the property was still open, helped coordinate rooms, provided dining recommendations, packed carry-and-go breakfasts for our players because our game time was before breakfast and helped some of our team with late check out. She was wonderful!!”
