“I stopped in last week to see if I would be interested in a new game. I had no idea what I was looking for but Skyler took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the games I mentioned and made me feel welcome unlike other stores. I ended up getting The last of us and will be picking up Ghost of Tsushima next.
I also witnessed him de-escalating a situation with a difficult customer. The guy raised his voice several times and Skyler kept calm to resolve the issue. You don't find many younger kids that can keep their cool in a hostile setting.
I'll be sure to make this my new home store location.”
