I will NEVER rent another car from this Hertz! I rented a car while my truck was in the shop for 3 days at $ 110.00 I had to add another day because my truck wasn't ready and the extra day was $ 114.00 so the additional day ended up being more than what i agreed to originally. They'll stick it to you when they have the chance!!!!!!!

Closing at 5pm and not having a night drop box is ridiculous. Very inconvenient. While visiting people and everyone works until after 5 pm.

I have called numerous times with no response and there was no one on the property around 10:50am on 6/19/24. After 6 calls, Chardonae picked up the phone and informed us that she is unable to give me information about how the deposit works and told me that "I am harassing her by calling". She continued to speak and would not let me get ONE WORD out and refused to confirm my total amount and explain how the deposit works. In addition, she lied and said that we screamed at her on the phone and she would call the police if we came on the property. Untrue but I believe this was said as a way for her to keep her job with the numerous complaints that she has. She did give me the (1800) number and instructed me to file a formal complaint about her unprofessional behavior. After reading all the other reviews, I see that I AM NOT ALONE! She is very unprofessional and ended the call without informing me about any of my financial obligation or to confirm my total....then HUNG UP! I plan on definitely filing a complaint with HERTZ because employees like this bring down companies and she is a disgrace to customer service!

Car and service was roo bad. Car was not clean, asked to replace it. Staff was rude and asked me to go to airport to change it. They had large sedans were available. I had to spend 2 hrs to replace Car. Too bad experience. Hertz needs to seriously look into it.

Do Not go to this location!!!
I was over charged over $800 to my account over an error they made at this location I immediately contacted my bank to stop payment and called this location and spoke to Chardonay. She admittedly said it was an error by The rep . I told her they were not authorized to take out any funds from my account, until this was resolved , and I would gladly pay what I owed once it was taken care of , she said she would get back with me and Never did and proceeded to withdraw the funds from my bank account .
the managers name is iChardonnay she lied about the charges to my bank to cover there behind
.. totally unprofessional and unethical that they would go to such extreme to lie about a huge error made on the charges on my expense
They don’t keep up with updating there records to corporate and that’s where it all began to spiral plus the new guy Did NOT know what he was doing !
She lied to my bank about the charges, redid a fake fraudulent invoice to back up the charges to my bank including lying & sending to corporate. Cooperate did nothing about this either so I reported it and her / Chardonnay to the Better Business Bureau and in process of filing small claims court
BEWARE !!!do not use this location.
I fought this for several months called there office and cooperatie several times She avoided my calls throughout this whole ordeal not once calling me back. ..cooperate did Nothing!!
Shame on hertz, corporate and this location!!
Cooperate is also unprofessional.. said they would investigate & get back to me.. they never did
A few time they Hung Up on me.. literally I was shocked coming from a huge company
Chardonnay the manager is A Liar.& cooperate is no better.
Better yet I would not give them Any business
Enterprise I’ve never had Any problems using them. Paper work is kept up 100%.

It was possible to give them no star. Book a vehicle and at the time of pickup, it was not available. Needed to upgrade and pay extra because had no time to search with other venders. Also vehicle was not clean either. Enterprise is also near my home, will go to them next time.

Terrible customer service. I was sent here to get a rental when dealership had to keep my vehicle overnight. Closed at 5:30p. Oil light comes on at 6p. Can’t contact them to see if I need to get oil changed or not and I work at 7a the following morning downtown and they don’t open til 8a. I went ahead and got oil changed. Refuse to reimburse me because of their lack of resetting the oil life on the vehicle. Called them in the morning to express my frustration. They insisted they would call me back later in the day. To let me know about the reimbursement. Never did I had to call them before they closed to get the information I needed.

I love this HERTZ location. Char'Donae and staff always treat me with respect and make sure that I have everything I need. They provide professional and personable service and make me feel welcome. They are always appreciative of the business. I travel a lot for business and wish every HERTZ mirrored this one.
