People were nice, but..... set up rental online and get there and they had zero cars. 3 people inside also waiting for cars.

I made a reservation for this location ~3 days prior to my pick up date, and when I arrived to pick up, they had 0 cars. So, they left me without a car.

Thye dont bother picking up the phoen moat of the time so I cant confirm if they have a car for me. I showed up once and they canceled my reservation.

Excellent service Chardonnay manager at The woodlands spring -Hertz absolutely the bomb when it comes to customer service I've seen Chardonnay do customer service wash cars provide rides within a few minutes she is one valuable manager she used to work at spring but now she said woodlands Chardonnay you are a keeper!!! meaning they're very explosive on point thank you guys for helping me through my car repair respectfully Anna Groce 🤸👌🤗💯

I reserved a vehicle through my insurance and the location is closed. There's a sign that it would be open by 3:15 and still not open. No one is answering the phone.
Finally someone here and no vehicles available.

I forgot my expensive gym bag in a K4 KIA car's trunk rented from this Hertz location, not even 20 minutes passed and they stated over the telephone that there was nothing in the trunk. Beware!!

It was easy. I didn’t have any problems, and the car is beautiful.
I came into the door, gave the name on the reservation, he took my license, told me to input my credit card, gave me the keys, showed me the car, and we were done. It was a total of 10 minutes.
I was like “That’s it” and he said “yes”. It was super smooth.
I don’t know how they get bad reviews. I had a hiccup and everyone worked with me.

This was a fast and great process. I was able to get my rental within minutes of arriving. I was provided great customer service from Jonathan which made this process stress free and made sure I had everything I needed for my rental. Would definitely recommend this location for your next rental.

Car was not available when arrived. Was never informed of the non availability ahead of time. Then they required me to have a credit card because it’s a same day reservation. I already paid online!

THIS PLACE NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS! THEY DON'T CARE IF THE RENTAL YOU RESERVE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. THEY CALLED ME 1 HOUR BEDORE I HAD TO PICK UP A TRUCK AND STATED IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE! I ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD SEARCH FOR ONE NEARBY AND THEY LIED AGAIN STATING THERE ISN'T ONE BUT WHEN I CALLED ANOTHER HERTZ IN JERSEY VILLAGE THEY HAD ONE! NO EMPATHY AT ALL! DIDN'T TRY TO HELP ME AT ALL! NOT EVEN THE MANAGER JOHNATHAN! I SEE WHY THE STAFF ACTS THE WAY THEY DO ! ITS STARTS FROM MANAGEMENT! DEFINITELY WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM! DON'T RENT FROM THEM! GO TO THE ONE IN JERSEY VILLAGE! THAT MANAGER CARES!!!!
