Great Academy. Very clean, welcoming and well laid out. Professor Nonso is an amazing instructor with many years of competition experience. He is very knowledgeable and a great roll. If your living in this area. This is definitely the place to train.

I visit Haven this morning for the open mat. The facility is very nice and everyone there was extremely friendly. I was able to get in some very tough rounds! Highly recommend to anyone in the area ??

My son wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu because his friend did it. Coach Z was so patient and awesome with the kids when we went. Even though my son decided it wasn't for him, I so appreciated the option to have a free week trial so we could figure that out.

Haven Jiu-Jitsu Academy is a martial arts studio in Cypress, Texas that teaches Jiu-jitsu as its primary martial art. We also teach judo, wrestling, kickboxing, strength and conditioning. Haven is a safe place for our community to learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and other martial arts.
