I took my 50lb goldendoodle and 60lb poodle for grooming at this place, and as the photos show, Maria did an exceptional job with my boys. This is the best grooming experience we've had with both dogs in a long time. Mannix and Maria listened to our specific requests for each dog and executed perfectly. The pricing for their size and being a "doodle" is super fair. Mannix, the owner, communicates clearly and often. He helped me book the initial appointment, and I'm happy my dogs did not seem stressed or anxious when I picked them up. I recommend giving this place a try if you are looking for a shop focused on thoughtful grooming with personalized customer service.

It’s our 3rd time bringing our mini schnauzer here and every time they give him a beautiful cut and make him so incredibly soft! Michelle is the best and always accommodates our requests!! Couldn’t recommend enough

Very reasonable pricing! Wonderful staff! They welcomed my dog for her first grooming so lovingly & educated me so much on what she needs for maintenance. Love this place will definitely be going back ! ❤️

I took my dog here today 5/8/2024 and they completely butchered him. Attached are the before and after photos. I asked them to call ahead if he was too matted to give the desired cut that I asked for. They completely ignored the request and send a photo of him ALREADY being cut low and stated he was severely matted. They were also asked to NOT touch his ears and did so anyways. It seems as if they took what they were told to do and did the complete opposite. I am very displeased with the service provided and can not put into words how truly disappointed I am. They should be ashamed to have given me back my dog this way. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Their customer service is great! Everyone there is very nice, but whoever groomed my dog needs their license revoked. He went in there looking adorable, and he came out looking like uncanny valley… The way his face was cut was not great. He looks like a creature from my nightmares, and i’m scared to look at him ? My poor teddy looks so scary… I will say his paws look great! Below i will attach before and after pics.

I have taken my dogs to Happy Tails and Paws twice now; once in January 2024 and again in February 2024 and both times my dogs came back looking AWESOME! I have a 70 pound standard poodle and 20 pound white miniature poodle. I don't know what kind of shampoo they use but my dogs come back smelling great and are fluffy for weeks. Some of the best grooming I have ever seen and I have had dogs since 1996 that have required grooming. The owner of the shop, Mannix, is very easy to work with and I love that besides credits cards, they can take Zelle and Venmo as payment options. I also think that their grooming prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them. I will say they are a little bit tricky to find. They only have a sign on their front door; no street sign per se. They are located in a strip mall with Shipley Donuts and Anytime Fitness. There is also a Himalya Bazaar grocery store next to them. I always look for the Shipley Donuts and Anytime Fitness and know that is where I have to pull in and park.
