The pump nozzles at the station are frequently broken to where the trigger can not be released during fueling. This means you can’t limit your purchase to a few gallons, and that you must fully fill your tank until the auto shutoff works. Just like issues with the car wash, I’ve mentioned this to attendants in the past to no avail.

One of the nicest H‑E‑B i've been to. Love to come on Saturday or Sunday afternoons - who doesn't love the free samples they provide? The employees are always nice and helpful. Only knock there - this location tends to get really busy, but once more H-E-B are built around the area, I believe it will help with the daily traffic flow.

I'm an H-E-B fan, maybe it's the local branding and products, the yellow coupons, or maybe just the biased Texan in me, but H‑E‑B is truly the best grocery store there is. This location is the closest to my house, so I frequent here a lot, especially Sunday mornings/afternoons. I like this H-E-B because they do a great job to keep much of their inventory stocked, so I've always found what I needed without problem. On Sundays, they have a live Saxophonist playing some easy listening yacht rock jams, to help instantly put you in a happy mood to go along with sample Sundays galore as you stroll around! Make sure to download the H-E-B app to clip some coupons that may not be in store and to keep an eye out for the digital deals for freebies (no purchase necessary)! Can't you tell I just love H-E-B?

Overall the store is good. Always stocked, lots of options, and knowledgeable staff. Thank you eliab for being a kind person. When walking up to get something from meat department, he served a white lady then walked off when l was about to ask for something. As I stood there for multiple minutes, he talked to an older gentleman also working in the meat department right behind me and pretended I wasn’t waiting. Then, after Eliab finished helping a customer in seafood, he noticed me still standing and the guy who works meat just walked to the back and again pretended I wasn’t standing there after 5 minutes. Thankfully, Eliab helped me and was extremely kind and gracious. Thank you Eliab. To the rude, employee who pretended I wasn’t human and didn’t want to help, you suck! Please pick more employees like Eliab and less like the younger guy who was rude.

Bagger Dan is the worst! Had cupcakes special ordered for my daughter's birthday. Took the utmost of caution in picking up and placing in cart isolated from any other purchases. Cashier was also careful when scanning and passing on for bagging. When afore mentioned bagger (Dan) was bagging my groceries, he just threw them in the cart, resulting in turned over ruined cupcakes. Managers didn't seem to care and had to get cold, old cupcakes from the ready made section of the bakery. Colors didn't match party theme but had to make something work. If anything you are purchasing is fragile or can't be easily replaced make sure you don't use a check out lane with a grouchy elderly man with white hair as the bag boy. I

I would give it 5 stars but I'm disappointed in this store... why can't they check their fruits and veggies and throw out the old ones...on Tuesday... my husband and I went here and bought some groceries and I was craving for the Hawaiian bread... thinking it's fresh... I open it and it has mold... eww how gross ... where is the health department? They need to come and investigate to see how many health codes that this store didn't fulfill... Bc we're the ones buying the food and consuming it... they just throwing it on the shelf whether it's good or bad food... who knows if they take new stickers and reuse on old food and fruits that are going bad...

Today as I was shopping I came to department where I had to wait to get by because two employees were talking. I waited patiently and one young lady realized I was waiting and walked away However, the second young lady look at me to acknowledge she saw me waiting but wasn't going to move. Surprised and disappointed in the behavior I tried to get slide by her. So she turned and yelled at me. "I know you are not trying to get by me like that!" Surprised again...I replied, "Aren't you working? Shouldn't you move if you see a customer trying to get by?" She said, "Shouldn't you go around if you see a worker working!." I said, What's your name. She said. "Lissie." I said, "Lissie, I will take it up with your manager." I spoke to a manager and it seem to fall on deaf ears. I understand that these are stressful times and customer service is far from what it should be..but being treated that way by an employee at your community grocery store is sad. I'm so disappointed in H. E. B.

My 86 year-old father wanted to get my mother a birthday cake for her 85th birthday. My father, who is easily confused and often gets lost when he drives, went to the closest grocery store (my HEB) and ordered a cake. He returned and picked up the cake on the morning of my mother's birthday; when the cake was handed to him, it had a crack in the icing so he asked if they could fix it. They fixed the crack, he checked out, and before he got to the front door, the cake looked like it does in the picture below. My father had paid for the cake and didn't fully understand why the cake looked like it did, so he took the cake home to his wife. They bakery knew what was going to happen to their poorly-made, dry, coconut icing, the cashier had to see the condition of the cake, but no one offered to make it right. No words can express how my mother and I felt when we saw and tasted how HEB had taken advantage of my father. I have shopped in HEB for over 30 years and am beyond disappointed in their lack of responsibility and customer care.

I'm sorry. I just can't with the other stores in my area. Sure, I might shop at Kroger for a few items, but I love, love, LOVE HEB! What an awesome shopping experience! What awesome, fresh produce! What delicious recipes being cooked and shared with patrons! What friendly staff! What an amazing number of checkout lines open! What an amazing company that values its employees, it's patrons, and it's community!

Veggies and fruits are decent. Meat is awful...chicken, grass and conventional steaks, HEB brand ground beef...not worth it.

Disappointed in the curb side pick up service. Picked up groceries this afternoon and returned home only to discover the wine was missing! Not a fun way to start the weekend. I then called their number on the receipt (a toll free number) and the person that answered sounded either inebriated or as if she just woke up. She said she would make a "note"- and then just stopped responding altogether. I hung up and called back again- the second person was helpful in resolving the issue. We won't be using this service again.

I keep going to the store and continue to see customers not wearing a mask. H‑E‑B always talk about caring about their customers and their partners but don't enforce customers to wear masks. I witnessed a curbside partner offer to go get a mask for a customer who wasn't wearing one and the customer just said she wasn't going to wear one at all. This is extremely sad, I will now be going to Walmart. They chase down people who aren't wearing masks and if the customer refuses to wear one they aren't allowed inside the store, H‑E‑B should do the same!!!

The store is nice but their ATM sucks, the deposit function of machine doesn't grip the money so it can be pulled in and it frustrates my sister every time she uses it. Nothing wrong with the store other than that, this problem just needs to be addressed and fixed.

They have a large range of items. I felt like a kid in a candy with all the spices and fruit. Friendly staff and very clean. Love the mini shopping carts for the kids, definitely taking my nephew so he can learn how to shop and choose what's good for him.
