The car wash is broken... there was no soap administered.. on the vertical brush there is a large leak... and the dryer assembly may dry the truck but right behind it it's leaky and gets the truck all wet again... what are we paying for here??

The guy at the HEB fuel store should be tracking Ned or removed, no way he speak to someone over the phone for more than 15 mins and the customer waiting at the window without inform us how much time will take

Pump #9 is incredibly slow, which I assume they all must be. I typically don't fill up at HEB, so this is noticeably bad compared to other stations like Shell or Kroger. Probably has been 5 minutes and I've got 10 gallons filled with 4-6 more gallons to go.

Filled up here because it was $0.05 per gallon less than everywhere else. Pump # 6 would not accept my debit card after 3 tries. Pump #3 was out of paper due to a paper jam. The attendant could not print a receipt because he said the pumps were not hooked up to the attendant's station inside! He knew about the paper jam but didn't seem to care about fixing it. I had to go back and take a picture of the pump to record the price, # of gallons pumped, and the total cost so I would have some kind of a record when I got home.
