I don't usually review gas stations, but I'll make an exception today. This is the coolest and most convenient gas pump I've ever seen. Interactive and touch screen options, along with the tap to pay, are brilliant, and it made it much more informative than the vapid round of current media you get elsewhere (although that is still an option if you want).
Clean and not busy at 8am on a Wednesday. Loved it!

We love HEB overall, but the floral department needs a reset. We used HEB floral for our wedding in Spring 2024. I went with HEB floral because they were insanely cheaper than the other floral vendors. The price was great, but that was about it. April is the head of the floral department at this Cypress location and trains other florists in the greater Houston area. She is good at what she does, but she has terrible communication. You cannot get a hold of her by email, phone, or in person. I still have an unanswered email from a month ago. Prior to my wedding, I told her I would supply the vasesfor the centerpieces. When I followed up 3 days before our wedding to see where HEB floral would like the vases in order to complete the centerpieces, they told me that I only had a bulk order. Cue me pulling up my email from ONE YEAR AGO- stating that I would like the centerpieces assembled by them. Erin, who I met in person at HEB was clearly irritated, but I chalked this up to irritation at April, who clearly missed my request in writing, in the email from one year ago when I booked them for my wedding day. April had booked another wedding on our date and was working at that venue. Erin delivered our florals to the venue and I was so excited to see how they turned out. I asked for one white rose, one ruscus, and babysbreath fanned out around. I showed April an example pic (one my mom and I assembled so it was exactly what I wanted) and printed one off to go in the file. The pieces were cut extremely short- think of a snowcone... for a wedding centerpiece. After my mom and I voiced that the centerpieces were not how they should be, Erin caught an attitude and said "well we weren't even supposed to do them." When I attempted to call April for a solution, she did not answer. April ended up calling me 30 minutes later and told me that she would give me a 100% refund and send 2 people back with fresh florals to redo the centerpieces. My family that arrived to the wedding early ended up fixing the centerpieces and I was only refunded 25%. I would NOT recommend HEB florals by April. Save yourself the headache and stress. 0/10.

Poorly stocked the day before a holiday. So many employees shopping for drive up or delivery with their huge carts that customers shopping in person can barely get through the produce or meat departments. Tons of frozen turkeys but if you want a ham you only have a choice from maybe 4 total. Two packages of unripe strawberries unless you want the more expensive "organic" strawberries. What grocery store doesn't have ham hocks to season your black eyed peas with for New Year's Day?! H-E-B that's who! I hope this H-E-B is not the norm for this grocery store chain because they are no competition for Walmart and the other chain grocery stores. Do better H-E-B.

My review is centered around customer service. This location has a greeter named Makayla. She is the sweetest HEB employee I've ever met and I just wanted to come to a platform where I could give her a shout out in hopes that the store manager views it. I was somewhat stranded without my cell phone in Cypress. (Long story) But she, without hesitation....assisted me in locating the person who had my cell phone. Again, this review has nothing to with groceries...and all to do with a sweet girl who helped someone in need. It costs nothing to be kind, and you were just that. Thank you Makayla!

Please, please, please take this constructive criticism and teach your deli folks how to PROPERLY slice prosciutto. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. So now... please fix this. I shouldn't have to drive to Central Market to get properly sliced prosciutto. Otherwise, great HEB.

Best grocery store chain in Texas. They always have quality produce and fair pricing. All the employees are always happy to help me track down an individual item or even walk with me and show me what I'm looking for. They treat their employees very well it shows! Also, If you do need to use the restroom, they're always clean and smelling. OK. Just discovered meal simple and I couldn't be happier.

Horrible customer service. I go to the " self checkout line " today ( March 3rd) at 4:49 on the left side of the store that's closer to the end of the parking lot A. The older Caucasian gentlemen who was working didn't greet me and didn't bag my items when on the opposite side there was another older Caucasian lady and he gladly greeted her and bagged her items while he continued just to stare off at me??? Learn to service ALL guest accordingly no matter race , gender age etc and if you aren't happy being in retail/ customer service you should probably find an at home job :) unfortunately I love the store but find better staff!

I would like to Thank April in the floral department for doing an amazing job on my daughter's wedding this past weekend 2-18-23. I would recommend her over and over again!!! I can't say enough good things about this sweet young lady. She truly was a pleasure to work with and made my daughter's dreams come true. Thank you April for everything Gina Briggs

Not all HEB are the same. Some are bigger than others and have more Central Market stuff. This location is nice and spacious. It is always so very busy though.

Was gifted a Vanilla gift card from another location where I am not local - gift card was not activated. Went to this location hoping they could help, but not even a budge was made to assist. Customer service girl was adamant that the card had been activated. I assured her when you called the number on the back, the automated message indicated it never had been. She wouldn't call the back to verify, nor would she call the Vanilla vendor to even try to help. Standing in the floral department, I called the store it was purchased - the mgr there was helpful but said I would have to come to the store. I called Vanilla myself, they indicated the card had a balance BUT was compromised and would need to send another card. Within 10 minutes, the issue was resolved and I have a new card on the way. 10 minutes this location could have called and resolved my issue, as a long-term and loyal customer. Shame on you customer service girl. I wish I had gotten your name. Tuesday, August 23, 2022 - 4:45 pm.

I can't say enough great things about the bakery department! I went with my mom to order a cake for my bridal shower. I had a couple ideas I had saved from Pinterest. The woman who assisted us was extremely helpful and also suggested some ideas of her own. We got so many compliments on the cake! The flavor was amazing and the design simple and elegant enough for the occasion. I was also surprised by the price of the cake. H‑E‑B always has great prices but for a custom two tier cake I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be returning to the bakery for future occasions!

First and last time at this H‑E‑B. I went in to buy a can of formula and bottles for my 2 small babies. I tried to check out in the self check out lane and didn't realize that the baby bottles were on clearance (which was a wonderful surprise) so a manager had to come over to check me out. The manager said the clearance sticker was expired and the people who make clearance stickers only work overnight so he took the bottles back and told me to try again tomorrow. He didn't even offer to bring me another set of bottles. He literally took the bottles, said try again tomorrow and left like I didn't have hungry babies? I don't get mad at a lot of things because there is worse things happening in the world but that situation was not okay.

Love love love H‑E‑B and love this location. I started using curbside because I hate to shop for groceries. I save my list and enter my orders and pickup on way home from work 95% of the time if not than on Sun am/pm Always have great service and not a long wait. Never have any issues with food quality or packing picked by the shoppers or damage from the loaders. H‑E‑B is awesome and every Texan knows this already...
