I do not know what is going on there but the last 3 times I was there, was always a new crew cutting hair,it's going from good to fair.

This was a complete disappointment! My daughter is 14 and had reference pictures for a shoulder length butterfly cut. The stylist ended up giving her a jaw length Bob and my daughter can’t stop crying. What should have been a trim of 2 inches somehow became a hacking off of about 6 inches. Never going here again!

Worst haircut experience my fiancé has ever had. I’m not sure if they hire their people from Craigslist or what, but the guy that cut his hair didn’t even bother to listen to what he wanted before literally shaving it.

Just left this place few hours ago. My son and I got our hair cut, and boy did he just make a friend with the hair stylist. I can't remember her name, but when you walk in after passing the desk, she is the first one on the right. She took her time and had a great conversation with him. We usually go to sharkies for his cuts. With this experience today and last time we came, they were both great. He feels so comfortable here and that's important to me. I'm grateful for how all the hairstylists are, and today was great. Thank you for giving my son an awesome experience today. He now is "schmansome"!
