Me and my son went….his edge up was not done correctly in front……I had to come home myself and doctor it up…..stylish left my hair uneven on top he said he was finished …I had to bring it to his attention……After I paid…..then said I forgot to tip…..very unprofessional……

Just got a hair cut and getting Ricky was a fresh of breath air as someone who works in customer service you can tell Ricky has the love and passion for everyone of his clients that walks in this location is definitely one of the best so far Iv experience when it comes to customer experience will come back and continue to come back

Ricky is truly an angel for cutting my one year old son's hair so well!! My son was very nervous for his first salon haircut and unfortunately screamed the entire time. Ricky was such a pro, gave us a fabulous haircut and kept me laughing through the chaos. I cannot thank him enough!!

Went for a hair cut earlier this week
Pros: The haircut itself was well done.
Cons: A gratuity of over 40% was automatically added without my knowledge, and I only noticed after completing payment. This felt misleading and left a negative impression. I recommend double-checking your bill before paying.

Second time at this location, first time my experience was ok, this time was really negative experience for me, the lady who cut my hair was very rough and heavy handed, she didn't follow the instructions written, I had her go over the haircut again as my hair was so irregular, unfortunately my experience today wasn't good
