Shawna the assistant manager is a very ignorant person who accused me of trying to Exchange items (3 items total for $15 dollar total) that were so called tagged incorrectly. She said that in “HOUSTON” we don’t tag like that. Like what in the world is that supposed to mean?! I shop at different locations and I see items tagged on just about every part of the item. She made a scene in front of a line full of customers over 3 items that I can not even get my money back from except through an exchange. My ticket was from Houston I live in Houston I shop in Houston! Just because the tag was not to her standard she wouldn’t do my exchange even after she admitted that I could find items tagged the same way as my items in the store. Come on now Shawna how did you really become an assistant manager? To top it off I had a full basket worth over $100 worth of items and she refused to check me out and called and started checking out another customer. She assumed that due to her not doing my exchange that I wasn’t going to purchase anything. I told her that we were still going to purchase and she called for another employee to check us out. Talk about great customer service from an assistant manager that does not care about her customers just only if she is going to reach her store numbers goal for the day. What a way to teach your staff Shawna. Thanks for the embarrassment and accusations that I’m not from “Houston” or maybe it was because I was not White!!!

The store is clean and friendly but they charge just as much if not more than the original retail price. Many times on many different occasions from shirts to workout gear. Today was a 10lb metal dumbbell for $11.99 that is $12.99 at academy. Last time I saw plain white gildan shirts that cost $2.99 on amazon that they were charging $5.99 for. Every time I bring up pricing issues at the register they say it’s someone else’s department which I understand but it seems a consistent enough issue to be addressed by now. The lady behind me in line said the same thing when I brought up today’s pricing issues. I’ve found the same brand dumbbells from 15-30lbs never more than $5.99. Pricing resembles a pawn shop more than a thrift store. Hell no I’m not rounding up to the nearest dollar for donation when I’m paying full price for used items! The purchase IS the donation + commission for whoever does pricing apparently

Had the worst experience ever as a consumer. Manager did not want to exchange three garments we were trying to exchange because to her they looked incorrect and were tagged wrong and “not how they tag”. She did say one of the three looked correct but she was still not going to exchange the one. She went as far as to comment that in Houston they don’t do it this way, not sure where that came from because the receipt we had was from Houston and I am from Houston. Yes I’m a Hispanic that was left a bit longer in the oven but I refuse to think that it was anything further than bad customer service. I will never shop at this location again!

Place has really gone to hell recently… nothings is organized by size or color or even clothing category…most of the items are damages or stained. Terrible!

I thought I was going to a secondhand thrift store. Didn't realize I was in a department store. These prices are ridiculous!!!! Shame on you Goodwill.

Debra not only assisted me in finding exactly what I needed but also went above and beyond by offering personalized recommendations that were spot on. Her patience, knowledge of the products, and her willingness to go the extra mile truly made my day. It's rare to encounter someone with such a great heart and dedication to customer satisfaction. She is the epitome of what excellent customer service looks like and is the reason customer service ratings exist. Debra is simply the best, and her admirable qualities have made me a happy and loyal customer.

I really like this location. It is pretty organized and the selection of clothes seem very clean and are color coordinated (which i really appreciate) I have found some great dresses here. The only reason i did not do a 5 star review is because the variety of other items is lackluster. I wish they would have more furniture items which is not the stores fault or anything, I just wish this one was an "all in one" thrift store. But if you are looking for an organized and big variety of women's clothes I recommend this location. At times I have found designer handbags as well.

I wouldn’t recommend going here most employees are really nice. There is an older gentleman with brown hair , and glasses, who has a lot of attitude issues.

This has been the best Goodwill around my area for bame brand items, but their prices are getting out of hand more and more. Recently my friend and I, on Tuesdays ( right before the color is about to go half off on Wednesdays), caught them taking racks of that color that's about to half off, taken to the back so we cant get them on Wednesday. Im very observant and spend alot of time they and ive always suspected it for along time, but now we caught them. That's why you never find that certain color as easily on Wednesdays anymore. The greed had gotten out of hand honestly. Just beware, if you want Amy discount on colors, go om Mondays and Tuesday to at least tp get 25% off amd if you find any one Wednesdays, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise the staff are super lovely, and I love chatting with all of them. Hate to right this review but the greed needs to stop! They get everything free and they don't pay there employees enough. Their employees can't even shop there themselves anymore. It's sad how they treat the hard working people there.
