My experience with this seller was awful I bought a fragrance from here just to get him and spray the fragrance and it's mostly smells like rubbing alcohol the store policy states no refund

I came here the other day in hope still purchase a product. Apparently the system was down magically after I swipe my card and I was told that transaction did not go through, so I took it for what it was This Is after I punch in my pin and everything magically I received a notification that a large sum of money was deducted for a purchase that I did not approve or confirmed or partake in this place is scamming. Please be very aware of them if you can stay far away from this place please do so.

These sales reps are trained to scam, you won’t even know it at the time you’re in there. They push off brand fragrances on you to sell them for designer brand prices. I bought my son a fragrance that wasn’t even the same the sale rep had on the tester, since they had a buy 1 get the second one for 50% off I decided to get one for a gift and I kept asking the rep for Dolce & Gabbana and he kept on putting off brand fragrances on the counter and ended up spending $167 for 2 bottles of cheap stuff that was not what we had tested. When we brought the merchandise back they obviously refused to give me my money back or exchange the fragrance that was opened, how are you supposed to know what they sold you wasn’t what you tested, and the sales rep proceeded to tell me that it was MY FAULT for purchasing from them! Luckily I was able to exchange the one that was unopened with a manager on duty who claimed was going to pay the $5 difference out of her own pocket, keep my receipt and not process the exchange on their system which is even more sketchy. Never in my life have I encountered a more incompetent staff anywhere in retail, this was my first and last time I ever visit a store of this kind, when you can easily buy designer brand fragrances from places like Macy’s for cheaper, with professional and friendly staff whom will actually let you test designer brand fragrances, these guys won’t let you test designer, only the cheap off brand stuff they overprice.

I recently visited this store with my aunt to purchase a perfume. Unfortunately, when I tried to exchange it the next day, the staff was incredibly rude. The manager who assisted us was dismissive and unhelpful, making the entire experience very unpleasant. I expected much better customer service from this store. I won't be returning anytime soon.

SCAM BUYER BEWARE!! The bottles on display appears authentic but the box item is completely different. I returned the next day for a refund that is when they shared their policy of no refunds only exchanges. If unopened. How are u supposed to verify the product without opening it? The store staff then advised that they have no control over what's in the packages and I would have to speak with a store owner who conveniently was not available.

Scammers, they won't tell you there is no refunds. Went to exchange the products purchased same day was fleeced into some garbage knockoff on buy 1 get 1 50% off but returning the second item only valued at BoGo price. No signage stating no refunds will try to argue you down. Avoid Avoid Avoid bad business and you will feel horrible after shopping here and researching your purchase. Just go to macys, Sephora anywhere reputable insteadI will be filing with Texas Attorney General about unfair and bad business practices

You can't be the deals and sales the Fragrance Outlet has on colonge and perfume. They had all the brands I was looking for and Alicia introduced me to some new fragrances I'd never heard of.
