Since Google doesn't let me add a new review, I just wanted to send some love out to Evan Carmona, VP of FCUU. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the kindness and courtesy he extended to me. I am grateful for being part of a bank that knows how to treat their customers, especially seniors.
I wanted to send out a few cheers for Mr. Ahmed Waseem! I was having some difficulties with the PAT system, and some other small issues. I called the FCCU-Fairfield praying (but not expecting) for someone to answer the phone, because so many banks just don't answer the phone anymore. Lo and behold and to my amazement, Mr. Waseem answered. He was so kind and professional, re-restoring my faith in banking customer service. He was there for me, answering and resolving all my questions. Thank you so much for your excellent service, my appreciation is truly beyond words.

Customer service unit drops calls. They impose a penalty on checking accounts without giving you a full 30 days to get account funded. My social security number is in their system but they cannot find me?? They started charging a debit card fee with out member notification.

This is the worst bank I have ever had my money in, if you want a bank to destroy your family and your life, put your money here, I am a worker who uses his bank to pay for electricity, water and other expenses, for several years now They froze my account for weeks, first they said it was because an emergency question to access the account had been answered incorrectly, then they said the real reason was that 8 months ago they were charging electricity from the wrong account from an account that was not It was mine and now I had to pay everything together without worrying about freezing our salary for weeks, which prevented us from making our other payments, leading to interest and cost overruns. I couldn't pay my mortgage or my phone or my insurance or my other obligations, and I can't even buy gas for my car to go to work or food for my family, it's been almost 3 weeks the energy company says they don't have any problems but the bank to this day does not give us a response or a report, we call and they put us on the wait for hours because presumably the person carrying out the investigation is not there, as a user I feel so attacked and harmed, not even a call, no one shows their face, we went to the bank and they sent us back to talk to the energy company, despite After working hard day after day, due to the negligence of my bank, I was left bankrupt. You are going to tell me that a bank with an efficient system will take 8 months to detect such an obvious error, meaning that anyone can make payments with anyone's account. customer? The management, security and service of this bank leaves a lot to be desired. Don't put your money here and if you have it, move it to a real bank.

Josa and Evan were very helpful in explaining lease buyout and preventing the dealership from scamming my mother with extra unnecessary fees. We have both been members for a very long time and highly recommend coming to the branch to get the in person experience, and if anything online is needed, Josa is the go-to banker to help with any loans, accounts or to just have a very meaningful and helpful conversation. Highly recommend financing here! Never the dealerships!
